Dexter, Debbie and Aatos. Made Dexter first without any plan for a trilogy, and you can see my motivation going down lol, but in the end I had to make them all.

I believe the original was a book cover for Thomas Payne, iirc, I remember the book name was Age of Reason. Made my version of it, asked by my SO. Didn’t know much about painting then yet but just sharing y’know :)

About 36 x 28 inches, or 92 x 72 cm.

I suck at backgrounds but I really enjoy painting cats. I wanted to do a medieval hinting bg but keep the focus on the cat. I know the colors got messed up on the bg, but Is the cat bad too?

I’m moving abroad so I have to give up oil painting for at least a bit, here’s one I really enjoyed painting. Don’t really know what to do with it lol :’)

I’m running out of time to finish this and losing motivation and becoming blind to it, please can someone give me suggestions about finishing touches? I don’t have much time to finish this so nothing too big… I haven’t touched the cat yet so that’s still to be finished and there’s some leftover rain drops that I’ll cover. Also could use just some plain old attaboy lol
