Seronegative RA, or PsA?

I am in the middle of diagnoses. Currently I am diagnosed with -RA but I am starting to realize, after 5 drs saying this too, that it may be PsA. I have been diagnosed with Excema my whole life, but what if it is actually psoriasis? I am on hydroxychloroquine and waiting for insurance to approve humira.

Anyone here in the same boat? We currently are being cautious and sticking to treatments that help both.

Face burns no matter what

No matter the product, my face burns. But not always. I get patchy red spots. I have excema so I get things certified but the foundation org. Still burns. Stuff not as "natural" are worse for me. Any recommendations?

Getting diagnosed as an adult

I got some genetic test results showing that I have a mutation on the LZTR1 gene. Im 26 and havent needed heart surgery. But I have a LOT of the symptoms. I never grew past 6th grade and I have been stuck at 4'11 ever since. Small jaw, large forehead, heart murmur, poor nutrition and weight gain, mental health issues, hearing and vision problems, delayed puberty, sparse hair, etc.

However, I have a lot of other diagnoses that can explain some of these symptoms. EDS, RA, PTSD, autism, etc. . Who else has somewhat mild symptoms and got diagnosed as an adult?

Metoprolol & Midodrine

I have POTS and OH. I take 100mg metoprolol and three 5mg midodrine plus four 1,000mg salt capsules and tons of electrolytes. Who here is on the same combo? Mainly with the meds, you dont have to be the same mg!

I recently got upped on my midodrine cause my blood pressure is still always low, even with two 5mg tablets a day, so now im at three. If this doesnt work im considering requesting a new treatment plan. Im not passing out all of the time anymore, only when it's really hot, so my cardiologist doesnt want to poke the bear too much. Which is fair.

Do I just deal with it since I'm not passing out as much as I used to, or go all in? I live in OK so its very hot. I'm worried about this summer. Last time I passed out was 4th of July last year. I know itll probably happen again at some point this summer. Before meds, I passed out 5-8 times a week, so this is better. But I would love to avoid it this summer all together.

Voquenza

I take pantoprazole, famotidine, and TUMS twice daily. My last shot is Voquenza before I need surgery! Ive had GERD my whole life but no one wanted to go farther than omeprazole, famotidine, and TUMS on a child. Now I'm 26 (tomorrow) and staring down the barrel of having less options/treatment.

Anyone here taking it combined with other meds?

Osteoarthritis

How many people here have osteoarthritis? I have it in my elbows, hips, and knees. Im getting an xray tomorrow of my feet and hands to see if I have damage there too. I presume this is due to a mixture of RA and EDS. What do you guys think?

I got botox last month and plan on a G-POEM. The difference this has made already is insane. I didnt realize how little I was eating until this! I can bend down without throwing up! I can lay down right after eating! This illness has controlled my life for too long.
