Help me find this horror movie please

I’m trying to remember a horror movie I watched on a streaming service before 2023.

What I remember:

  • The main character is a mother living with her child.
  • Throughout the movie she keeps having flashbacks/visions of a small house from her past, where a woman is trapped/tied up and dies.
  • They move into a new house, but supernatural things start happening.
  • There are hospital scenes as well.
  • Near the end, she returns to the old house in a dream/vision and burns it down to destroy the spirit haunting her.
  • At the same time, her current house also catches fire.
  • Mother and child are rescued by police/ambulance.

The ending is what I remember most clearly:
She thinks everything is finally over. Later, while sending her child to school, she hugs who she thinks is her child in the hallway, but then realizes she’s actually hugging the ghost/spirit, while her real child is still in their bedroom.

Does anyone know what movie this is? I’ve been trying to find it for ages. 🙏

Clarity upon Refund and Returns

I’m 18 and recently started as a supervisor in WA(to make it easy). Got thrown into the role pretty quick without much training, and I can’t really find clear info online either. My manager’s quite intimidating so I feel awkward constantly asking questions, and I’m naturally pretty shy too.

Just wondering if someone could explain refunds in simple terms, like if someone paid cash, does the refund have to be cash too, or can it go back onto card / return card depending on the situation? And if refund cash is more than $5, it supposedly goes on a GC or cash itself?

Would really appreciate any advice or tips for a new supervisor as well.

Please be kind 😅 I’m genuinely trying my best to learn.
