just found my old retainer 10 hours after buying the 175$ replacement

i literally tore apart my entire room looking for my retainer that’s been missing for awhile (the black retainer) and eventually gave up and paid the 175 for a new one. within the same day, i find it after already having the new one made and paying for it. i don’t know if i should scream or cry

and yes the gummy candies in the corner are making me feel better

i was told to turn my new pierced earrings every day but online it says it’s bad, what do i do?

pretty much what above says; i got my first lobes pierced 2 days ago and my mom and the piercer told me to turn the earrings so it doesn’t heal around the metal…but ive read online that it’s bad to do that and can prolong the healing process. what should i do?? all advice is welcome!

are these little white bumps normal?

(first 2 photos are today, 3 photo is a month ago)

my girl is about a year old, she’s eating normally, crapping normally, breathing normally…but i noticed these little white bumps above her lips today and im just wondering if they’re normal?

she hasn’t shed yet but her limbs are starting to get pale, so maybe it’s just stuck shed?

any help is welcome, thanks!

how do i stop being so scared to sing??

i LOVE singing and really wish i could do it infront of people but for some reason i get so scared and embarrassed!! it’s so frustrating because i would love to do something with music and starting now would be great (im 16), but how do i get over this?? i cant even hum a note infront of someone without my voice cracking or getting anxious

the only time im comfortable singing is usually by myself and alone; this is setting me way back and not allowing me to move forward in what i want to accomplish. i joke sing infront of my friends sometimes (quite loudly too) or just randomly break out into opera while they’re around and that’s not embarrassing…but when someone asks me to sing i get so awkward.

and the strange thing is is that i can sing in the car while other people are in it (obviously not loud but a little below normal speaking voice level) and i can sing normally while im driving with my dad. it just seems whenever i’m put on the spot by somebody or someone is watching me i freeze up and im not able to do it.

i’ve been told i have a good voice from some family, my best friend who caught me singing once, other people…but for some reason getting complimented on it makes it even more embarrassing and holds me back even further. i even had to tell my parents two years ago to not compliment me (singing wise) because it gets me so embarrassed.

i just wish there was a way where i can just get rid of this mental block and just sing without embarrassment or fear; if anyone has any tips on what helped them please share!!!

how do i make my wavy/curly hair more define??

usually i brush my hair out (image 4 and 5) and i’ve been doing this for awhile, but whenever my hair air dries i really like the curlyish look it has and i wish that there was a way i could make it look good without having to brush it.

it not brushed (image 1 2 3) has way more defined curls than once i brush it, but it looks kind of greasy and unkempt if i just keep it that way.

is there anyway i can fix this so it doesn’t look so choppy without me brushing it? i’d love to keep my curls but me having to brush it out gets rid of them
