It's been a week and it's still happening, I tried to unmute and mute again but nothing seems to work even deleted the cache and the app all together, any suggestions?

Hi just got a new gaming PC and I installed this software it was working fine for 2 days I mainly use it to turn the lights off when I sleep or watching a movie but now when I press pause or change colors nothing happens, I tried other app like open rgb it works but not as good a this one. any help ? , tried reset pc , uninstalled and reinstalled the software, check and delete every other RGB that can cause conflicts
