Just completed first book and i wonder how to proceed

So im DYING to watch the movie now. Atleast the first one. I am thinking of reading the book and then watching it's corresponding movie. But i worry that i may get some spoiler in the movie for the next book.

Is this fairly right way to proceed? Ik most people say to read books first and then the movie but ughhh what if i read book then it's movie, then other book then the other book's movie?

Will it damage my experience of watching/ reading?

Need interconnect standalone series or just interconnected

I just completed shatter me series and loved it. I've read windy city series too. Cruel prince i stopped in between because i found it boring but maybe will start again. And i found powerless wayyy too much boring and stopped in mid as well😭 maybe won't start again. Im not a fan of fantasy but i really really loved once upon a broken heart trilogy. And i was one line into twisted series and found it corny idk why so i haven't started it.

Based on this can y'all recommend me something please.

Uhm...why is silver comparing abortion to killing😭🙏🏻

I read that live twice to make me believe that it was actually written. It could have been worded better like something along the lines that she already feels attached to the unborn child or now that she knows, she wants to be a mother. ANYTHING could have been better to abortion = killing
