I'm going to a wedding on Saturday where there'll be lots of family I haven't seen for a while due to living abroad for 11 years. I want to go but I'm absolutely dreading the fragrance exposure - everyone's going to be swimming in perfume and cologne 😮‍💨

I'll take an antihistamine, but it doesn't really help with my fragrance sensitivity, especially contact. I'm thinking I might take some alcohol in a small bottle so that I can go to the bathroom and spritz myself in a bid to evaporate some of the scent from my hair and neck after all of the hello hugs?! Do you think that would help at all?

Can anyone recommend a fragrance free hairspray in the UK? I'd love one with humidity control, but at this point I'll take whatever I can get 🫠

I'm flying from Montreal to Toronto Pearson with Porter, landing at 7:30 pm, then taking a second flight from Pearson to Cardiff with Westjet, taking off at 10:10pm. Have I given myself enough time to collect my suitcase and recheck it (2hrs 40 mins)? 😗

Has the clear gloss version been discontinued? 👀 I can only find it in white or colours!

I had some blood work done the other day and my doctor just called and told me that my Total Cholesterol is 13.6 and my LDL is 12.1. Is this dangerously high?

She wanted me to go on a statin which is a 100% no from me.

I'm female, 46, 5'2" and 105lbs. I've been carnivore since May 2022. I eat 5 eggs a day, bacon sometimes, chicken, beef.

The one concession to carnivore is I do have one coffee a day with MCT oil 😗

I asked her if it could just be because of my diet, but she said it's unlikely, and that she suspects 'Familial Hypercholesterolemia' and is scheduling another blood test, urine test and EKG.

I’m considering trying the 0.5% otc Ivermectin lotion, but all of the available formulas contain lanolin alcohols. I’m wondering if anyone on here has had a problematic reaction to these? I tried E45 cream years ago and had a bad reaction and concluded that it was the lanolin so I’ve avoided anything with it in ever since. I’m desperate to try the ivermectin lotion though 👀
