How to deal with tenants that haven't paid rent for about an year and are not evicting the property claiming to have no money and keep making excuses that they'll pay soon but never do

the security deposit is not enough to make up for the unpaid rent , they are still in a debt of about 2 lakhs

how to recover the money and evict them out of our property as soon as possible ? the rent is our source of income and we are suffering financially due to it, legal action can take time and more money to hire a lawyer etc..

I need a legit and quick solution to deal with this obstacle, genuine advices and help is appreciated.

so, concretely, for people running agents against real systems: where is your line? read-only? read plus open a PR? read plus write to staging? full access with an approval step?

and the part i actually want to know: who decided that line at your place, and is it written down anywhere, or is it just vibes plus whatever permissions the api key happened to have?

because mine started as vibes. i checked this week and my "read only" agent's key could delete things. it never did. it could have.

Eight years in QA, four at this place, and in january there were three of us and now theres me.

nobody got fired dramatically or anything. one left and just wasnt replaced, one got moved sideways into a "quality engineering" title that turned out to mean writing pipeline yaml. so its me.

and the job changed underneath me without anyone actually saying so. i used to write test cases and file bugs. now most of my week is reading acceptance criteria next to tests an agent generated and hunting for the requirement that nothing covers. thats the whole thing. thats the job.

i know exactly how this reads. every third post in here is someone saying the role is dying and i used to scroll past those thinking they just hadnt kept up, i had a whole smug opinion about it. anyway now im doing mortgage maths at 2am working out how long i could go without work, its about five months, i checked it twice because i didnt believe the first number

and honestly its not even the AI thats bothering me. its that nobody at my company can tell me what good looks like for this role now. my manager asked me to write my own goals for the year and i just sat there with the doc open.

does anyone actually know what this job is in two years or are we all going to keep saying "merging into something else" right up until it isnt there.

The job market for developers has clearly shifted hard. We're seeing people staying unemployed longer, more rejections, fewer opportunities than a couple years ago. -What's keeping you mentally/financially stable while you search?

-Are you picking up contract or freelance work? How is that helping or hurting?

In terms of improvement and staying relevant:

-Are people investing time in learning new skills, or is that unrealistic right now?

-Is building portfolios/side projects actually helping anyone get interviews, or does it feel pointless?

-Are there specific skill gaps you're trying to close to make yourself more marketable?

I'm genuinely interested in what's actually working for people right now and what's not. Not the optimistic keep grinding advice, what are you actually doing to get through this?

Hi, I'm 20f currently pursuing Software engineering in 4th semester and am kinda worried about my future, I was always career orientated until AI slop came and now I'm more demotivated seeing even skilled people jobless, this hinders my ability to even start learning skills in tech especially since I'm slow in programming and getting overwhelmed my the competition. I initially chose this feild due to peer pressure and now I'm regretting hard, I wanted to pursue Accounting because of good earning and career but I'm already in my 2nd year and tangled in a sunk cost fallacy, my father is about to retire and has a lot of expectations from me and I don't want to disappoint him or the effort he has put into my education.Genuine Advcies and guidance would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, when I was 7 years old boiling water from the stove fell on me and I got burned, thought my skin healed but the hair follicles of my eyebrows and eye lashes on the left side of my face were damaged due to which a big part of my eyebrow and eyelashes is plain and bald and no hair re-grew since then, even tho I'm 20 now .

Would really appreciate help and advices on anyway possible that I can regrow my eyebrow and eyelash hairs.

Since the past 1 year I have noticed money disappearing from my house without any reason or causes, I saved up around 80 k and had kept it at a specific place in my house that nobody knows of, after a few weeks when I reached my money for some use I had noticed 25 k missing.

The same has happened to all my family members and every day or week over the past months sometimes Less and sometimes even upto large amounts gets reduced despite no outsiders coming in our home, I don't suspect my family members since at this point everyone's money keeps disappearing and it's really scary to be honest because it's at the verge of us financially struggling, no one knows how money just keeps disappears from our house and it's really difficult to live now financially.
