Ham and cheese slider from Safeway

Snack pack from Safeway...

8 grapes, 7ish pretzels and two ham and cheese sliders

I know:

Two Hawaiian king rolls 180cal

Pretzel Crisps 28g 110cal (package says thats about 10 crisps)

8 grapes 28cal (according to google)

What I need help with:

Idk how to guesstimate on the cheese or ham!!

I dont mind entering the calories for 10 Crisps even though I only ate 7, that math is too trivial for me.

Its the sliders I need help with!

(CA) What can I do about neighbor's cigarette smoke in my unit?

I live in a four plex managed by a rental property management company. All four units are lined up next to each other meaning we share a wall (those in the middle share two), and all our front doors are like 10 ft from each other. (Except the two in the middle who are right next to each other) looks like this: 1........2..3.........4

My neighbor in unit 1 (all the way to the edge) sits right outside his front door on the step, and chain smokes cigarettes when he is home. He has a large shrub at the front of his unit combined with the little roof over our doors makes it so the cigarette smoke tunnels across all our front doors and into the carport area (i can smell the cigarettes as soon as i step out of my car, and have to walk against this line of smoke to walk to my door). I live in the third unit which means his front door is only about 10 ft away.

Here is my big issue: my house gets really warm, and the air gets stale. I need to open the one window at the back of the house, and one window in front of my house and the front door (with screen door closed) to keep fresh air in my house to cool it down. I only have a wall AC unit that I cant afford to have turned on all the time. I need to be able to open my windows during cool nights and breezy days. Especially because it gets to be over 100° in my city, so i need to take advantage of any cool/windy temperatures. Also, I have a dog. We both deserve fresh air.

Except, while sitting on the couch, or cooking dinner, laying in bed, even sitting in the bathroom (its a small, one bed apt), I will start smelling cigarette smoke. I then have to close all the windows and door (my dog likes to lay by the front door and look outside so poor guy has to move) and trap the cigarette smoke inside with us. So I use air freshener. Then, the house gets hot again. So I go open the door and windows. Sometimes the cigarette smell has gone away, sometimes it hasnt. But it will always start smelling like cigarettes again because this guy smokes every hour. LITERALLY. So there i have to do the same routine of closing up my house, spraying air freshener. every hour.

I have fans on, but that just moves around stale air. And cant afford to have AC on to cool us down. Also, my dog will go crazy, I think its mentally stimulating for him to look outside, so i would like to have the door open for him .

My issue is I have told him about this and he doesn't care, says I need to deal with it because we live in the "hood". Ive talked to the property management many times, they just send general emails reminding everyone not to smoke inside. When I clarify they smoke at their front door, they said they cannot do anything because technically its "outside" and they cannot prohibit smoking outside, but im confused because I thought they can prohibit smoking on the property as a whole, since theyre apartments? Please help, it cant be healthy to live like this. I got home from work today, and my whole living room smelled like cigarettes even though the window was cracked only a tiny bit (so my dog could have fresh air)

NutriShop inside of 24hr Fitness downtown

A long time ago, I came across a reel (and forgot to save it) about a NutriShop inside of a 24 hour Fitness offering this service. They also advertise a free meal plan. I *think* I remember the reel saying that you didn't have to be a member at the gym to stop by the shop for the analysis. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and can provide feedback on your experience or if you are a member at this gym and know the NutriShop, will you go in and see what its like?

The amount of space my dog left for me in bed

I can either have the space equivalent to 1/4 of a standard size pillow or 3/4 of a standard size pillow on this here queen sized bed.

(I am plus size and do not fit on either side btw)

Should I be as scared as I am or is it harmless?

Also, these plants are outside my window. What is the probability it'll lay eggs and a thousand spider babies will inhabit my house?

First time trying this design and my buttercream kept melting...

...no matter what I did 😭my town is in the high 90s and my AC sucks. I had to keep putting the buttercream into the fridge for a few minutes for it to even hold

edit: just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for all of your compliments! It means a lot!! 🫶🏼

Did your location change their garbage cans?

Walked into the gym this morning and noticed something off.

Before, the paper towel dispenser and spray bottles were on the other side of the yellow bin and seemed more space efficient. (Added a picture where I drew in the old placement) Also, it was easier to just toss in the paper towels into the trash. Now the big dispenser is in the walkway and ALL of them are like this! Seems weird, and only mildly inconvenient. Thanks for listening to my first world problem. You may proceed.
