Hey peeps! Just a little survey lang how many consecutive days of leave are you allowed to take in your company rn?

The last job I worked naman is hanggat kelan kahit ubusin mo lahat ng leaves mo okay lang. But with my current company is hanggang 3 consecutive days lang 😣 Idk if it’s normal because my last job and current job are very different. I worked at a hospital before and now I’m at clinical process outsourcing. Though pay here is goood, but pretty bummer yung leave process nila. Idk if it’s normal in corpo jobs, kaya medyo naninibago ako kaya pala daming nag “sisick leave” lol
