Hello! This is my art weather reporter persona that I’m currently working on the design of, and I could really use help deciding which hairstyle suits her better: the shorter hair or the long bubble braids? 🤔
I also plan on changing her hair a bit depending on her emotions/weather vibes (for her different talking sprites/toggles) , like a rainbow in her hair when she’s happy or darker hair with lightning when she’s mad. so I wanna make sure I pick a strong default hairstyle first!
additional ideas, critiques, or suggestions are super welcome too since she’s probably going to end up being the face/mascot of my art channel 😁
Hello! I run a small YouTube art channel where I mostly do character design challenge videos, stuff like drawing Minecraft biomes as people or turning liminal spaces into monsters, resigning characters etc .
I’m trying to think of more ideas in that same style for future videos . Basically prompts like:
- draw ___ as people
- turn ___ into monsters
- design ___ as __________
- Redesign _____ characters
I already know the usual ones like planets, zodiac signs, seven deadly sins, etc. Those are cool too, just looking for some other ideas.
They don’t need to be insanely unique or anything, just interesting enough that I could get like 3–4 solid character designs out of it for a video.
Could be anything really, places, aesthetics, games, objects, themes, random categories, whatever. Just need fun design prompts.

Title’s pretty self explanatory 😅. This is a new OC I’ve been working on and she’s meant to be an antique store doll type character (though i literally have no backstory ideas for her yet either, open to ideas). I’m struggling to come up with a fitting name, so I’d appreciate any ideas!

I’m looking for My Hero Academia fanfics where villain Deku infiltrates U.A. as a student, but with a specific twist.
Most of the ones I’ve found have him being blackmailed, threatened, or basically stuck with the League of Villains out of fear or circumstance. I totally get why that’s a common setup and I’ve enjoyed a lot of those stories, but I’m hoping to find something a bit different.
What I’m really looking for is a version where Deku chooses to infiltrate U.A. more independently,like he’s actively playing the role, planning things himself, or has his own motivations that aren’t just “I’m trapped and have no choice.” I’m really looking for that “he’s doing this on purpose” energy, even if his reasons are morally gray or complicated.
Also, I don’t mind the direction of the story at all,he can eventually turn good, stay a villain, or sit somewhere in between. I’m open to all outcomes.

Hi! I’m working on a character named Milkweed, who’s an OC of mine. She’s a giraffe girl inspired by those magic milk flavor straws (the ones that turn plain milk into different flavors).
I’ve got a sketch of her design I'm working on, but I’m stuck on choosing a color palette. I want her colors to be based on one of the flavors (like strawberry, chocolate, cotton candy, etc.), but I can’t decide which one fits her best visually.
I figured it’d be helpful to get some outside opinions. so which palette do you think would work best for a character like this? Or if you have other flavor/color ideas, I’d love to hear them too!
