I hate socialising because it's all fake

I am feeling really frustrated with the pressure to be social. I am losing energy for it every single day and I simply don't enjoy it most of the time. I feel like everyone is just playing a weird game and it doesn't feel real. It doesn't feel right for me to be authentic because I can tell most other people aren't. It feels like there's a dance you have to do to socialise correctly and I don't see the point if it's all just made up and following a certain order. I have always been hyper aware of social rules and taught myself them through mirroring and masking and so now I'm scared to divert from the norm. It is EXHAUSTING. I really don't want to have to do it. But I feel so much pressure to because through my very high masking I have made a lot of friends and acquaintances that now count on me to show up. I do care about people but I find it really hard to be around them aside from like 4 people in my life I am comfortable around. I find myself saying yes to plans out of obligation and feel intense guilt if I cancel on people because I am so scared of people thinking I'm rude. I just don't know how to feel understood or safe in social situations. I am sick of the pressure and want to hide away. This is just a rant but if anyone feels the same way or has any helpful words feel free to share with me. I didn't know what flair was right because I'm not opposed to advice.

Feeling guilty for letting people down

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and feeling unwell, nauseous, exhausted. I keep having to cancel plans and it's so hard to reschedule because they'll say 'how about Thursday or next week' and I just can't promise I'll be feeling okay. I don't know how to explain. It's so hard to know what to say without revealing I'm pregnant and I really don't want to tell most people yet. I just feel so guilty, like they think I'm just making excuses or I'm being a bad friend. I know they'd understand if they knew the reason, and I know I'm valid in cancelling but I worry I come across flaky and rude. What can I say to people so that they understand I am probably not going to be very reliable with plans for the foreseeable without telling them I'm pregnant??

Tell me I can stop testing now even though I don't have a dye stealer at 20DPO

I am a ball of anxiety and although sometimes testing for line progression helps, other times it freaks me out. I was trying to wait until I got a dye stealer to stop testing but I haven't had one and the tests have been at this level for 3 days with no progression. Is this okay or a bad sign?? Should I just stop testing now and believe it's all fine? 🥺

Terrible first trimester anxiety

I am 4w4d pregnant, got my first positive 8 days ago. I am really struggling with the fear of something going wrong. It is all I'm thinking about throughout the day. I just have a constant 'bad feeling' and I'm just waiting for the confirmation I am losing the pregnancy even though there's no physical signs anything is going wrong. I keep crying and having panic attacks and I just can't shake it.

This is my first pregnancy so I have had no losses before. But seeing posts about chemical pregnancy and miscarriage all day long makes it feel likely that this pregnancy won't be successful.

I really really expected this time to be happy and exciting and I feel like I'm robbing myself and my partner of that experience. I really need some support. Any positive stories, words of reassurance or advice on how to feel better would be greatly appreciated.

I have listed my standing ticket on ticketmaster for resale in case anyone is looking to get one for London. Can provide you with the link if interested (not sure if I can just post it here)

Anyone got north pit videos?

Specifically guilt trip, angel du$t, static dress, knocked loose. We barely took pics and vids to preserve phone battery so would love to see some to relive the moments. Having major post festival blues and wanna watch it all back 🥲

So there is a single yellow line on this stretch of road, but I am struggling to understand what the sign is telling me. Is it saying no loading during these times, or is it telling me not to park there during these times? Am I free to just park here whenever?
