My DIYgital Watch

I love digital watches, so I made one in an Altoids Smalls tin. I designed a custom PCB built around an atmega328 microcontroller and used a ds3231 real time clock IC to keep the time. It charges via USB C and hopefully will last a long time! Although, I do want to redesign this watch in the near future.

How bad is this?

I fell while rock climbing and felt a pop when I landed. The ER says it's most likely a sprain but I have not been able to put weight on it and the swelling, pain, and bruising is getting worse.

Does anyone know of a lithium battery charging module that allows you to use a device while it's being charged?

Hey guys! Newbie here, I really want to be able to use lithium batteries safely in more of my projects, but I also want to be able to use the device while it's being charged. So far I've just been using TP4056 modules for everything, but I heard that it's bad/dangerous to use a device while charging with a TP4056 module and I've had trouble finding other modules that are capable of doing this. Does anyone know of any modules that are capable of charging a battery during use?
