Has anyone from Nepal successfully received a refund from Expatrio after transferring money to their blocked account without the German Embassy draft letter? How long did the refund take, if the visa is rejected and what documents were required?
Does filling out the contact form make any difference?
I was planning to write an email to the embassy (Kathmandu, Nepal) but they don't respond to visa related emails . So i was planning to fill out the contact for faster review of my documents and appointment date.
Have anyone done that before?
Does that make a difference ?

I joined the waiting list on May 31, it was then on preliminary review on Aug 21 but since then no any email or further updates.
The interview dates are packed till sep 22
So the question is can I get my visa before October 20-25
