Heart rate recorded slower during activity and sped back up at rest?

Hi there, 26 Female, 172cm, 140kg, Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Apnea, PMOS, sinus tachycardia. I take Escitalopram, Omeprazole, Magnesium, medical cannabis and sometimes Ropinarole. Dont smoke cigarettes or drink often.

Today I started seeing a physio for help with an excersise plan that will work for me. We did a stress test, 6 minutes of walking laps, heart rate recorded at each minute. I started high as always, about 120bpm, but as I walked it dropped all the way down to 55bpm, it rose slightly when a person who wasn't my physio walked into the room, at 76bpm, but then back down as she left. The measurement when I was sitting back down was back to 112bpm.

My family has a history of heart problems and diabetes.

Why could this be? Is it bad?

4 month old daith, really bad bumps, now bleeding!

Got this daith 4 months ago. It was pierced with surgical steel and a ring. It grew piercing bumps, so 2 months ago, I got it changed to titanium and have been cleaning it normally. I do try to sleep on a travel pillow, but sometimes I roll in my sleep.

I just spray it with Neilmed saline spray and let it air dry. I think it caught on something a few nights ago because I woke up, and the bump on the bottom was super red and raw. I gave it another clean and took the crusties off with a qtip. I dont q tip it every time, but when I do, I always make sure they're soft before I do.

Since then, it's been even angrier, and I checked it today and thought I saw pus (see qtip in photo 3), so I gave it a spray and then gave it a gentle swipe, and it just started bleeding!!!!

Photo 4 is before I cleaned it this evening.

I dont know what to do at this point, I love the piercing, but it's so angry, and yuck. I kinda just wanna be done with it and take it out.

I'm a cool toned pale girly, best low cost foundations, BB cream and concealers?

I'm currently using some really old wet n wild foundation, and an elf concealer. I have dry skin, and a lot of foundations look too pink or orange on me, then also pick up ALL the texture.

I normally use a heavy moisturiser and then a Sheglam primer, but thinking of switching to Maybelline Grippy primer.

I have access to all the makeup stores, including W Cosmetics so I don't mind where from. But I do want both my concealer and foundation together to cost less than $60 if possible so it isn't so expensive to renew when I run out.

Really want a foundation and concealer for nicer days. Also a decent smoothing bb cream I can just smear on quickly before running out the house to smooth my skin tone. Lots of redness and dryness.

Thanks! ♥

So you get approval, now what?

So you get approval, how do you use dry flower? Are all vaporizers expensive? Is it just cheaper to do pastilles? Can you get away with cheeky cones, or are you prescribed vaporizers?

Hunting for a low cost sports bra for a G cup girly

Im looking for a wire free bra that gives really nice support. Im a 24G (yes, my back in killing me), and I need a bra that can support me while I do spin classes. Almost took an eye out last class.

It could have a wire if barely noticeable.

$55 and under preferred, but could afterpay something that's really good. I dont want to spend too much as im on my weight loss journey and dont want to have to buy another expensive bra in 4 months.

Something that clasps either in the front or back, not just a pullover.

Preferably something I can go see and try on in store as im Autistic and if I hate the way it feels, it just won't get worn!!!

Bonus points for cute colours.

Is my new daith piercing looking okay?

I've had it for two weeks now, but it's still pretty sensitive. It can get crusty sometimes. It also still isn't laying flat. The piercer said I had the thickest daith shes ever pierced. The first photo is right after i cleaned it, the second is before clean, and the last is how it's sitting.

Low cost therapy

Hey there everyone, I was wondering if anyone sees or knows of a lower cost therapist in south brisbane. Im on the DSP and am autistic so I'd like to see someone in person rather than chatting over the phone. I can pay a bit like $90 a session but not much more than that. I am on the very long wait list for medicare counsellings but it always takes a while. I just would really benefit from long term therapy or counsellings, the 10 sessions I had via telehealth just didn't do enough for my needs.

Im trying to get on NDIS but they also want to here from my therapist and I dont have one for them to hear from!

My doctor isn't very good Mental health wise but has been fantastic for my physical help needs, so he doesn't know of anyone low cost to refer me to anyway.

I must stress that seeing someone in person is really important to me, thank you!

Bruce is a 6 year old, 5.6kg cat. He's desexed and up to date on all his vaccines and parasite prevention. He pees in the shower, always has, directly into the drain.

Since Febuary, after he urinates, he sometimes begins to lick his genitals heavily and yowling out in pain. I took him to the vet, they did a dip stick test, and it came back with very little blood cells, a raised level of protein, and a normal pH level.

He had more flare ups abd it was recommended we put him on a urinary diet, so I did, he's now on a urinary dry food along with a 95% meat wet food, which i mix a natural urinary supplement into. I also add extra water to his food.

He has two large stainless steel litter boxes, a 6'8 cat tree, plenty of other perches, a water fountain, and two still water bowls, and I use feliway. He is indoor only but does have a patio he's allowed out in. He shares these things with his younger sister, Spud.

After improving his lifestyle, he hasn't had a flare-up in about a month, he was having them almost weekly before.

Today, I took him to the vet, a check-up since his new diet, and she ran a dip stick test on a urine sample I brought in.

His ph level is alkaline, and there is A LOT of cocci bacteria. They took a sample directly from his bladder in case the last sample was messed up somehow and the same thing! This cost me $430.

She suggested i put him on a urinary wet food as well, which is double or triple the cost of the wet food he's now on! She sent his urine to the lab for a more detailed result so we can decide what antibiotics he needs. She also suggested he likely has bladder stones and wants me to do an ultrasound.

I agree to the ultrasound, but im just kinda freaked out about everything. She made me feel like a bad cat mama, and like im not wanting to do quarts best for him.

I had a panic attack in the office about the costs of treatment along with the risks for Bruce.

Im not sure what im looking for, maybe insight? Maybe peace of mind? Maybe your experiences.

Im just so worried about Bruce, and what or the next few weeks are gonna look like. Simon a disability pension and already so much goes to ensuring they have the best lives, but I feel like its not enough.
