Shows like kinetic noise?

My favorite show of all time is probably kinetic noise and was wondering is y’all knew any others with a similar vibe. I specifically really enjoyed the opener and how dark it sounds in general. I didn’t really keep up with it this year but last year I also liked Crown’s closer arrangement of “o fortuna” (idk spelling). Any show recommendations with similar sounds to these two would be greatly appreciated😊

Hearing damage/loss?

I’ve always worn headphones a lot, like used to be 6-8 hours a day minimum a year or two ago. I joined marching band(60-80 ppl including guard) and started to practice everyday around (small bedroom) 3 years ago. Last year I noticed a static and an occasional ringing in my ears my right being worse.

Has anyone else experienced something similar from just practice? Do you think the right ear being worse could be because the bell being closer to it? And if this has happened to anyone could you give advice on coping mechanisms or solutions?

Will it ever go away?

I know this might not fit the best here so if you have other sub recommendations please tell me!

What to train in the gym

I’m in highschool right now but really want to get into backwoods hiking/backpacking after and I am wondering what I should train in the gym to prepare myself. Last week my friend and I went on a 10 mile hike and the things that hurt the most after were my shins(?), glutes, feet, and shoulders (because I was using a normal back pack without the ability to load the weight any lower) but my friends calves hurt most. I was just wondering why we experienced different muscles being sore and if it can be remedied. Also if anyone could recommend good gear as well as longer hikes in PA and surrounding states that would be appreciated. I hiked in brooks if that matters.

Buzzing

When buzzing on just my mouthpiece my tuner doesn’t pick up the pitch most of the time. I want to get my buzz closer to the pitch that my instrument produces like I buzz a bit higher than the pitch that I actually play. I use tonal energy and have a iPhone 14 if that helps

How could I make my hair less frizzy

I’m 16m and don’t remember my hair being this frizzy before the hair cut I got a few months ago. It was relatively straight but still had lots of flyaways. This is my hair 6ish after a shower where I used lots of conditioner (the back is still wet?). It feels dry still even though I washed the conditioner out with cold water, it doesn’t get greasy unless I add extra oil. I wear headphones for a couple hours a day and used to wear them after my shower for 6ish months and belive it developed a weird curl in my hair. Also, I have harder water with no softener if that matters, Overall any advice to manage this would be appreciated, but I tend to stray away from straightening/heat styling.

Euphonium in F vs F tuba

If you depress the 4th valve of a euphonium it is the same pitch as an F tuba, so how similar are the timbres and would people easily notice by ear?

Lyrical concerto recommendations?

I love listening to concertos and I’ve listened to most of the major ones, so would anyone be willing to recommend some excellent (preferably lower) concertos or long solos to learn or listen to?

My tone isn’t great

I’ve been playing for around 6 months in my schools concert and now marching band. Before I was able to switch in the fall I played euphonium for around a year practicing daily and continue to practice euphonium for around an hour a day. I’m going to start practicing tuba daily as well, (for around an hour) and wanted to fix My tone because it sounds airy and just not as full as I want it to be. Any advice?
