studying for entrance exams and this got me f'ed up because im lwk stupid

i study by memorizing for my quizzes but i still get low scores and idk what to do anymore😭 does anyone have any tips or something

are these stories just essentially stolen? heard from one of my friends that the orginal adam and eve story came from a Sumerian myth that was just changed adapted very badly and poorly. I dont know much about it and im not sure if any of these sites are just biased to christianity and defending it, can someone givee me a legit answer why the bible does this?

i think ive went too deep and its gonna become a keloid scar above my shoulder a spot where my mom would definitely see a keloid. I don't want her to see it accidentally again, like she did last time i had a scar that obvious because she had a breakdown that i wasnt able to tell her, i dont want her to go through the thought i cant open up to her again.
Please to those who have opened up about self harm how can i tell her i relapsed
(last time she saw my scars was over two years ago, but prior to this i was only clean for 2 months and i do genuinely wanna get better.).
