Hey all,

I have one last night in Vancouver tomorrow and need to narrow down my East Van choices.

For context I have visited all of the below breweries on this trip, and the standouts in terms of beer quality were Backcountry, Beere, and Brassneck.

I am also looking to grab some sweet merch. Having dinner at The Magnet tomorrow night so food doesn't matter too much, though some snacks would be appreciated.

Know Good disappeared from Saturday lineup in the app. INZO is still there although he cancelled. Anyone know if Know Good is still playing and what time at?

I've sung WS's praises to literally anyone that will listen to me for the last 7 years.

I've been with them before they were doing groundbreaking stuff in the Canadian banking space.

But I can't keep my mouth shut - what an absolute disaster their customer support has been during a fraud dispute.

Not even the result of the dispute. I filed it 4 days ago and they STILL cannot give me an answer of when I will have a new card number to use (even a virtual card number).

Just totally unacceptable. They do everything they can to move people over, so every bit of my banking life is with them, and now I'm without a credit card.

The issue is I have a trip coming up next week and all of my charges go through 7 days before (car rentals and hotels), and all of them have my WS card number.

I'm literally driving to a physical big 5 bank first thing tomorrow to open a new credit card account because Wealthsimple has dropped the ball so hard here. For context, I asked them expedite me a new card, they did, but then didn't cancel the automated replacement. So my replacement card has been cancelled, I don't have my new card number in the app yet, and no one can tell me when it will show up due to a system issue. This issue was triggered by the original agent not doing the expedited replacement properly.

Just insanity. I know this is effectively a fan group for Wealthsimple but they have totally ruined my entire week (nearly 6 hours on and off the phone with them), and are potentially going to ruin my entire trip if I can't get a new credit card tomorrow from a different bank.

I just got back from my third warranty replacement. For context I have a 2018 Honda Civic Sedan, and I had the AC fixed in 2020, 2024, and today.

In 2024, they said the same thing would likely happen again as it's the same replacement part that was used in 2020.

However today, the service rep told me it's an "updated" part number, but couldn't say whether it would fix the defect.

Does anyone know? Extended warranty expires in January of 2028, I want to sell this car soon, and my fear is I'll have to disclose to the buyer that it is likely to need a $3000+ repair soon (at least that's how much Honda says it will be out of pocket).

Up until today, I could freely flick my wrist and access my watch immediately.

I could also use Google Pay off my watch without unlocking it. This was a "new" feature I enabled about 4-6 weeks ago. Prior to this I had to input my unlock pattern to use Google Pay on my watch.

Today I woke up to find my watch locks itself any time it "sleeps". I need to enter my pattern to use the screen. Also, when I flick my wrist to wake it, it prompts me to enter my pattern instead of showing me my watch face.

I'm super annoyed. I've dug through settings and can't find anything that I can change.

I have Always On display active, and touch screen to wake and flip wrist to wake active. I have not touched any settings recently.

I noticed my Pixel 7's software has been updated overnight, so I assume my watch has too.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Or experiencing similar issues?
