Ask me anything and I'll answer, I only have one rule.
That rule is, you must use the world "bubbles" in your question.

The Iraq Commitment Medal (Arabic: نوط الالتزام المشترك) is a military campaign award that was created on June 11, 2011, by the Government of Iraq. The medal was offered to United States and Coalition veterans of the Iraq War in a letter to the United States Secretary of Defense. The award has not been officially approved for acceptance or wear by the United States or other coalition partner governments, being still in the "Pending Approval" status. In 2013, the Department of Defense made a statement that it is still waiting for the initial group of medals to be received from the Government of Iraq. This award was presented to then-Vice President Joe Biden on December 1, 2011.

Should I? Who has completely gutted their vault and rebuilt it the way they wanted to?
Im thinking about moving all my elevators to the edges all the way down, on both sides. Means a 70% total rebuild. I see it as a way to spend my 999,999 caps. Just to see how long it would take to build back up to it.
For some reason my game wont open. Ive even deleted it and reloaded it and checked my phone for updates. Samsung S23. been like this for about 24 hours. My little people miss me!!!
Whats a good option? I like physical books vs PDF. What do you all use?
So I have a 200 person end game vault. Average level is like 49.7. Most of my dwellers are maxed out or close to it.
I pay attention during attacks and stuff. I could swear I revive any dwellers rhat die. But every once and a while it drops from 200 to 199.
What gives? Did I just miss a death? Did someone maybe die in the wasteland and I missed it? When do deaths become permanent?
Been to gettysburg many times. Just wondering if there is something happening.
....just keep playing as the designated heir?
Ive never switched, I always play as the heir. But im starting to get bored in the end game. Last 200 years. I get my empire going, start making a ton of money, build things up etc. While its not boring....it seems like im just going through the motions after I get an empire locked in.
I managed to form the empire of Frankia. Unfortunately my ruler who was in his 60s was sick and had a high amount of stress. So within 2 months he abdicated the throne and my 19 year old heir took over. Yes I kind of forced him into it.
Well we all know things get. New ruler and new empire, things got a little hairy. Vassels didnt like me. It was a balancing act. Well a powerful faction rose up wanting to lower crown authority from high to limited.
I just fought a lengthy war to capture that last county to form the empire. My army was decimated. My alliances were thin. And by the looks of it that liberty faction was going to get what it wants.
So I gave it to them. But before I did that. I raised my crown authority to absolute. Yea that pissed them off big time. Quite a few of them revolted right away.
Thats OK, when they made their demands, I bowed down and moved my crown authority back to high.
I had to sprinkle a bunch of cash around to calm the rest of them down. Thanks to having deep pockets I was able to do that. Within 2 years things settled down and we powered through it.
So...call their bluff. They want to lower crown authority, raise it! Let them know whos boss!
Im a middle aged white guy. I like reading what you all have to say. I dont agree with all of it, but I still like to read different perspectives and view points. It can definitely be an eye opener sometimes.
That is all.
From left to right.
My Leige is attacking Brittany. Wants my help.
A French Duke wants an English Earldom. Im on the English side.
A Polish King wants my help. Guess asking my Daughter marry his Heir has strings attached
Ireland (who by the way controls all of Scotland and Wales) wants Essex.
England wants Flanders, a French dutchy. Guess they want my help to fight my French countrymen.
I have a peasant revolt stirring.
I only have 1200 men. What do they expect???
If you know, you know.
If you dont know. It used to be the place to get every TTRPG material in pdf since the dawn of time.
Is there a 2.0 out there?
OK, long time fan here.
I read most of the books back in the 90s. Can't say I read every book but I read probably 1-5.
But I have not read anything in say 25+ years.
With that being said. Was there actual sexual intercourse happening between the various vampires in rhe novels? Or was it implied? Or did their love/lust for each other transcend mortal 'sex' and be more of a "sweet embbrace" and sharing of blood to bring out an otherworldly sensual connection....vs plain old "human sex"
And look i know Anne Rices vampires were always very sensual beings. I just always felt being that they were beyond mortals that the act of human sex was beyond them. In my head that would explain the lestat and Gabriel relationship. Since they are no longer mortals but vampires those mortals labels of LGBTQ+ dont apply anymore. Also why the label of son/mother doesnt exist anymore since thats a mortal label.
Am i correct? Am I way off? Like I said, im a casual book fan from the 90s who never read the later books.
But I am really enjoying the show BTW.
For the sake of this argument.
I have 2 credit cards where I moved the balance to 2 other cards that offered 0% APR on balance transfers.
None of the 2 cards, now at $0 are significantly old. (4-5 years MAX)
Should I close them? Or keep them open for history purposes. Nether have annual fees. I have zero intention of using them and they would go into a safe space. Both have limits near $10,000.
I mean he has an African father and a white mother. Raised by his mom mostly.
Would you consider him having had a typical black upbringing?
Is this even possible?
Like can I go from being a duke to king or emperor just by inheritance?
I had no idea there was such a thing as "black Proms" with the pomp and extravagant vehicles, suits, dresses etc.
Not here to judge the red carpet experience. Or the outfits.
But what I question is the wads of fake money. I assume its fake. Why? Is it emulating rap artists?
Cause most of their money on the videos is fake too. Rap artists show off the money to show how wealthy they are due to their music. (Real or fake) there is nothing for a high school student to "show off" with those wads of cash
So are the extravagant tic tok videos of black proms the exception or the norm?
Is it is a "thing" held on the same level as say a spanish quncenarra? Or is social media just showing the extreme examples and most proms are just proms.
Late game. Im emperor of Britannia and King of England.
A random Earl from Scotland inherits a Dutchy in Francia. Now I have a nice beautiful red British isles. Except for this little dab of blue.
What can I do other than go to war to get it back? I dont feel like pulling in half of Europe (due to alliances) and 50k-130k worth of soldiers for a tiny plot of land in the middle of the Scottish Highlands.
Before or after he inherits the dutchy.. Hes not my direct vassal so I can't just strip him of his title. What are my options. I cant really insert another heir. The inheritance line is strong. Between him and the dutchy.
So what did i miss?
I was in the middle of a war and the kids finally came of age and I forgot to hold a grand wedding. I ended up pissing off the rival ruler. No big deal, he was far enough away that I dont expect any trouble from him.
But I guess I missed the que when I was busy sacking a town. Lost some legitimacy too. Pissed me off. I threw him some money so he doesnt hate me completely.
I get so focused that I miss the little things flying by. Ugh.
