Came across this new XGIMI TITAN Noir Series Kickstarter and figured I’d share it here:
The specs look pretty stacked too: 4K, RGB triple laser, very high brightness depending on model, Dolby Vision / HDR10+, and it seems aimed more at proper home cinema than just casual living-room projection.
I’ve been wanting something that can get closer to a real theater feel at home without going into the completely insane price range, and this feels like it could be one of the more interesting launches in that space.
Obviously I’d still want to see real-world reviews before getting too hyped, but on paper this is probably the most excited I’ve been about a projector in a while.
Curious what everyone else thinks? promising, or just Kickstarter spec-sheet hype?
