Chia seeds as a mix-in?

Hi everyone! Quick question: is it safe to add chia seeds as a mix in? Has anybody tried it before? I would like to add more fiber to my creamis and make them even healthier and the idea of adding 5/6gr of chia seeds / pysillium husk as a mix in looks great.

Thanks!

Finally reached 12% body fat. Is there a way now to maximize muscle gain in a way where I gain minimal fat, and never have to cut for more than 4/6 weeks again?

Hi everyone. The question is basically in the title. After two years and two longer cuts, I have finally reached a point where I can see my abs and am around 12% body fat. I am 26M, 64.2kg and 175cm tall (142lbs, 5'9''). I am planning to maintain a few more weeks just to re-balance hormones and energy levels, with the long-term goal of going back reach a point where I will reach and maintain a weight of 70kg (154lbs) with 12/13% body fat.

It will take years and lots of trainings and dedication, but as it is the first time ever where I like myself in the mirror and enjoy my abs, I would like to ask you:

Is there a way I can retain my abs and slowly lean bulk without increasing my body fat too much, and potentially never cut again or never have to cut again for more than 4/6 weeks? In terms of tracking and adherence, I already track everything meticulously. I know my TDEE, I weight myself every morning, track every single calorie every day even on vacation, double check expenditure with my Garmin data and in the past two years I have never skipped one day (maybe just the weight on holiday but yeah).

My idea was to jump on an extremely lean bulk (like 50/100kcal per day, adjusting based on my expenditure) and keep my gym routine.

Do you think it is possible?

Thank you so much everyone for your feedback!

Help me estimate these chicken wings!

Ok guys, I am perfectly aware that 161kcal/100gr refers to the raw edible product, which means meat + skin.

Now, my problem is with the bones. As of now, my procedure was: weigh the raw wing, then cook it, eat it, and weigh the bones left. I thought this was accurate but I read online that bones dehydrate a lot when cooked, and I am therefore realistically overestimating the calories I eat.

Which is the best method for me to try? How much do bones usually weigh?

Thanks!

113kcal / 100gr and 2.6gr of fat? Is this truly accurate?

Things like this always make me not want to trust companies 🥲

Please help me plan my meal for this Lebanese restaurant! 🥲

Hi everyone! On Sunday I'll go to this Lebanese restaurant with friends and I would like to plan my macros and calories in advance. Could you please help me estimate these two meal options? (I know the wrap is lower, but I would like a ballpark calories for both so I can decide if it's worth to go higher for this lunch and eat less at dinner, or not).

Picture 1-3:

and cut into strips, served with hummus, fattoush salad, rice, side dish of the day and flatbread.

why the FUCK do people open the windows on public transport and stop air conditioning?

I'm so tired of MELTING inside busses in Brussels because people open the windows and stop air conditioning from flowing. One can argue also that it's an extremely stupid system (lock the windows STIB ffs) but also I can't believe people haven't realized it yet.

Is there a way to improve the horrible "search player" and scout instructions' systems?

Hi everyone! I love this game and I've modded it a lot, but the only last thing that drives me crazy is how shitty the "search player" and the instructions for scouts functions are. I am playing in the lower leagues and would love to find players with expiring contracts, but even with the "0-1 year of contract" instruction, I'm unable to find them. They keep suggesting me players with 1+ more years of contract. Also, it is impossible to search directly for players sorting by their contract.

Is there a way, like a mod, or a software, that improves this aspect of the game? I swear it's the only thing left that drives me crazy and ruins my experience.

I keep seeing inconsistent estimates online

I can't find consistent results online and results make A LOT of difference. Some say 190, others 300 kcal per 100gr. How many calories for this 344gr entrecote?

BEST MODS for career mode + gameplay + everything

Hi everyone!

I would like to know which mods are the absolute best ones (paid or free is fine) to improve the career mode experience, the gameplay, and any other general thing worth improving with mods.
I don't mind complicated mods, I would really like the top of the top.

Thank you so much!

I am craving raw salmon. Where can I buy it?

Hi! In the past few days I've been craving some raw salmon (yes, I am a bear).

Jokes aside, can I eat the fresh one I see in supermarkets or do I have to buy some specific kind of salmon (in the US it's sushi grade salmon)?

Thank you so much!

Edit: Delhaize told me that their fresh salmon is not meant to be eaten raw. Pic in the comments.
