Buying a 2007 Odyssey with 220k miles?

Hey y'all, hoping to get some insight on if this is a good purchase. Single owner, timing belt was replaced at 200k miles. They're asking $3900. The car has some interior cosmetic staining, but everything else looks like it has been maintained well, regular oil changes, water pump replaced around 110k and alternator at 150k. I don't see spark plugs having been replaced though.

Only thing that makes me nervous are the potential VCM issues, I know this trim has a VCM and the car has never been muzzled. Test drive went well, transmission and idle were both smooth, and I don't see the common VCM related repairs like repeated spark plug replacements or failing motor mounts.

Money is unfortunately the biggest concern for me right now, I'm not sure if I would be able to afford a major repair in the next year after this purchase, but I am definitely willing to baby the car, give lots of oil and check ups regularly if needed. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

How do I search for a specific item only?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I search for a singular specific item. For example I'm looking for a used Toyota Prius right now, but if I search "toyota prius" about 3/4 of the search results are other, completely unrelated cars. Adding quotations to the search has done nothing.

2007 Honda Odyssey or 2008 Toyota Avalon?

Could anybody with more knowledge help me make this decision? Both cars have a bit over 200k miles, both appear to have had consistent maintenance, and both sellers are asking for around $3800. The Honda had a timing belt changed at 200k. I was leaning towards the Toyota Avalon, but it has few small rust spots above one wheel well. The damage looks cosmetic, and I couldn't find any other signs of rust, but it makes me nervous.

Assuming a pre-purchase inspection goes well, what car would you go with? What car is most likely to avoid costly repairs in the future? How concerning are the rust spots assuming the damage is purely cosmetic? I might be moving to rainy pacific northwest in the near future.

Can’t breathe on unisom

I took unisom about three hours ago and it’s making me feel insane. It did help me feel sleepy but as soon as I start to drift off to sleep, it feels like I cease to breathe automatically and my body brings me back to alertness so I can manually take a breath. It is incredibly unpleasant and coupled with this weird lightness in my limbs and general feeling of dissociation.

Has anyone experienced something similar? I think I might stop trying to sleep now and just stay up until the feeling passes.

Overwhelming Freeze

Hi everybody, I’m looking for some advice or words of support right now. I’m currently on day 6 thc free after smoking heavily for years, and smoking carts all day every day for the past few months. I’m at a bit of a weird transition place in my life right now where I don’t have really any external responsibilities as I’m going to be starting a training program soon, and I think that lack of external pressure has actually been a huge detriment for me right now.

I had incredible rage the first few days sober which has luckily abated and I didn’t really force myself to do anything as just the thought of getting out of bed would spike the anger and I decided to just let myself rot as long as I stayed sober. Now though the anger has abated but I find myself frozen and unable to start anything? I have a lot I could be doing right now but just feel absolutely overwhelmed and the thought of doing anything is still sending me into these strange meltdowns where I start crying and flailing my limbs pretty much exactly like a toddler throwing a tantrum. I just keep wandering from room to room, trying to get myself to do literally anything. I woke up at 9am and now it’s 2pm and I just want to go for a hike or do the damn dishes and I feel insane and completely out of control of my body and emotions.

I’ve always dealt with anxiety and I’ve probably been covering a lot of that up with weed, but I’m just desperately wishing I could take a hit right now because I know it would calm my brain enough to allow me to at least function, but of course it’s been holding me back in the long run.

Can anybody relate to this? What did you do and did this go away with time? I appreate y’all taking the time to read.

I thought it was just the first few, but no, when I looked more closely I realized the results alternate with two “regular” products and the two sponsored ads throughout the whole page. Is there any way to turn these off or at least minimize them? I’m kind of at the end of my rope with this company, it’s just gotten so annoying and frustrating to use.
