Hi everyone,

I am a VR vet and have mostly spent time in PSVR2 and Q3.

I finally upleveled to the SamsunGalaxy XR, and after trying on today, I'm a bit at a loss for what I'm seeing.

1.) Extreme halo effect to the point where the entire image looks dark no matter what I do
2.) Pinkish blur around edges, turning to even a deeper pink in the upper left corner.
3.) Lenses that feel like they are definitely not aligned with my eyes even though the system said they were.
4.) Overall, a way, way smaller viewable area than I was expecting
5.) Related to above, during the eye calibration step, the dots you're supposed to follow with their eyes, were flying far past the viewable area and there was no way to follow them, since they disappeared.

I also find the overall OS extremely laggy, like moreso than even the quest. But again, more concerningly, this looks way worse than either my PSVR2 or Q3.

Are there known problems for some users, some types of faces or IPDs, etc? I guess I didn't fully charge the battery before starting, but even that part was confusing. It said to charge it "until the light turns red," which is maybe a translation error.
