I know this is something I should've asked the psych, but no follow up questions are possible and a visit costs 1700

My parents are both doctors. for thirty five years their treatment plan for me was "beta, focus on your career." last month, with no warning , they dropped the bomb on me to get married immediately, ideally by thursday. my dad has since appointed himself my relationship manager and is running a sustained promotional campaign for one specific colleague of his. follow ups every 48 hours. the man has never tracked anything in my life with this much rigour whilst being extremely cheesy.

so i did my due diligence. i was raised by doctors so naturally i designed a controlled trial. over one week i sent her four stimuli across four categories:

The design architecture for a product im building (testing: curiosity about ambition)

News about bitcoin's 4 year cycle (testing: opinions. any, on anything)

An animated harry potter short that is disgusting but funny (testing: whimsy)

A video about magsafe powerbanks (she's going to tomorrowland and has made me her assistant buyer, tech help, travel agent)

results: zero questions asked. zero pushback. zero detectable opinions. one "its all greek to me". and entirely unprompted, photographs of her nails, a screenshot of tomorrowland outfits, her gettinga skin treatment.

in two weeks she has already made me her personal assistant, unpaid. it's fun troubleshooting tech though.

to be fair she's probably a perfectly nice person, we are simply two operating systems with no shared file formats. anyway here's the thing. i maintain a ranked list of marriage fears. #1 is ending up with someone who yells. #2 is ending up with someone where dinner conversation has the energy of a government bank

i have now made direct eye contact with #2 and i finally understand why its on the podium. (I thought only #1 was my only non negotiable but zamn)

all i actually want is to laugh every day, build digital products on automation, keep home as base, work remote and travel constantly.

where are the interesting people at? should I just make a profile on ze matrimonial sites? I've heard horror stories. I've just switched preferences on hinge for now.

Looking for a mechanical-design-first co-founder (college, lives in Fusion 360 / SolidWorks).

I'm building a gamified smart bin that rewards people for recycling properly. It's the wedge into a bigger vision: permanent smart-city corners that every neighborhood knows, running 24/7. But we nail the bin first. D2C first, then public DePINs (if modiji allows)

This is a co-founder seat, not a contract. You own the hardware end to end. A network of physical units only works if we iterate fast with every revision under our own roof, so I need you in-house, not on a freelance invoice. You'd own the mechanism: a motorized waste intake with a reliable manual override, a moisture-sealed electronics bay, a weatherproof chassis, all DFM'd for ABS/PP injection molding so nothing jams or binds in the real world.

Where it's at: concept locked, detailed product brief and requirements ready, no prototype yet. You'd design and build the very first one. This is as ground-floor as it gets.

Just wondering if there's a correlation here, previously we were getting 35kwh/100km, city traffic, full AC, pre-conditioning etc.

After clearing the codes though, range has massively improved to 18kwh/100km. That's an insane jump. I was thinking that it was tyre misalignment or brakes biting but it wasn't.

Has anyone got this before?

EDIT: it's a bmw ix1, 66.4kwh, only bumper to bumper driving, 8kms a day
