I decided that my next addition to my Vampire Counts should be a Wight Lord with a Banner; using Watch Captain Halgrim as the base model.

And so, I now have my very first Vampire Counts model painted up and ready to lead my upcoming force! I used the Los Illuminados Cultists from Resident Evil 4 as some inspiration for the robes colourscheme. What do you folks think?

Hello! I'm a local mini painter for hire, and in the run up to my local league's new season, my friend and client wanted to have his team painted in the Frölunda HC inspired colours.
Enjoy!
My local league, of which I've been a happy participant of for several years, starts a new season this month. Three of my Blood Bowl buddies became clients and wanted me to paint teams; High Elves, Amazons, and Necromantic Horror.
Enjoy!
Commissioned by three fellow participants in my local Blood Bowl league; High Elves, Amazon, and Necromantic Horror. Pretty good looking fouling targets.
Greetings folks!
In late August I'll finally be able to realise my wee dream to play as Vampire Counts in Warhammer Old World/Fantasy. It legitimately has been an army, after playing Warhammer Dark Omen obsessively, and system I longed to try but never found the time, opportunity, nor community. Thankfully, that has changed as my good friend is taking me to his local gaming group for my introductory match come late August.
With that said, what advice to you folks feel is necessary or handy for a noob to have on hand for their first match? Be it general game advice, things to watch for or keep in mind, advice about what is a good force composition for learning Vampire counts etc. I must stress for the last point that I wouldn't be looking for the most gaming winning composition, rather a fun and starter friendly variation to help learn the ropes.
Many thanks!
Meatshield Minis.

Recently, my local gaming and geek store approached me with the honour of painting the Iliathan warhost box for a charity auction coming up. Well worth the nineteen days of toil.

I've been devoting my time to completing a charity for project, a Iliathan Warhost box, for free. It's not my usual stock of projects but I'm liking it.

Giving this Noise Queen some love as part of a commission.
Another piece of my competition project completed.

This lil chap is going to be part of a bigger project I have in the works, as I'm entering a local game store painting competition.
