Some placeholder sprite but this video represents a basic encounter loop pretty close to what I have on mind. Please destroy it and let me know what looks goofy or confusing // Project Tidebreak - Rogue deckbuilder.

Class select and level up menu. Needs some visual polish and flair, but the functionality is there and I like where the vibe is going.

I'm a UI degenerate and I made yet another redesign, help me A/B test it

A few folks have been asking for more info on the project and the name is The Tidebreaker Saga. Vol. 01. and I'll have a demo out in a month.

After/Before UI update: A more convincing status effect bar (bottom right) versus the stickers I was placing on the top left. Feedback welcome

I am trying out large pieces for a start menu background. Here is the timelapse of my piano. The keys were a nightmare (as expected) but I had a lot of fun with this one.

I'm getting a little more comfortle making menus. Here's my revamped shop menu and a little booster pack animation. Would love some feedback if it feels right.

And a peak at my debug menu.

I added a throwable card type to my tactics deckbuilder. How do you think it comes across so far?

The only additional context needed for this run is that the relic the player picked up gives strength after more than 3 attacks in a turn. The rest should hopefully be intuitive.

I gave my playing cards a face-lift. How do they look?

Mostly focused on the frame, the art itself I'll need to re-do.
