Pretty much what the title says. A friend gave me a jar of jam that she made. I have finished the jam and washed out the jar. I was wondering if it would look bad to return the jar and the lid outer ring. I threw out the lid "seal" insert because I heard you shouldn't reuse them.
I appreciate any guidance you can offer.
As I've been doing my home search, my realtor has been proactively trying to determine if SB 326 inspections have been conducted in condo communities where some/all units have balconies. I hadn't heard of this before so I did some basic research. Apparently, because of a balcony failure in Berkeley, CA, this SB 326 bill passed that required an initial inspection by 2025 and then a re-inspection every nine years. Some lenders have requested confirmation of these reports in order to close loans. Some HOAs have not done these inspections or have not been willing to share the reports. Has anyone had to provide an SB 326 confirmation if they've purchased in the past 1-2 years? I'm mostly looking in Sendero if that matters.

The section of the Irvine Marketplace on Jamboree with 24 Hour Fitness is having a power outage. The gym has light but they can't check people in.
It's not clear to me what happened. Were the weather issues very localized to Sky Harbor? Too many planes in the area? I'm glad to see there is cooperation with Luke AFB when things like this happen.
An adult in our parish has asked me to be their godparent when they get chrismated. I was humbled to be asked and very much want to do this. My only concern is whether this would be discouraged if I were to move further from the area I live in today. I would be willing to visit a few times a year and have phone/web conversations as needed. Would it be inconsiderate of me to accept under these conditions?

Apologies if this is not appropriate for this forum. I posted this in the r/oralbtoothbrush forum but only received one response. I have an Oral B IO toothbrush with a USB C port. None of my USB C chargers work. I have to use a USB C to USB A adapter and then I plug it in to one of my laptops.
Anyone have a clue as to why this happens? I don't see why a basic USB C charger doesn't work on it.
I am getting a relentless amount of SPAM text messages from a variety of numbers. I am guessing that I am not the only person faced with this. Has anyone found a way to stop it? Some of them use WinRed for collecting info. Others may not. I appreciate any advice. Yeah, I know, I should never have given my phone number out. My phone identifies them as SPAM and asks me if I want to block the number. Still, I've blocked hundreds of them.
I flew a roundtrip with Southwest to Sacramento. I wasn't sure what to expect based on the stories I had seen in this sub.
This was a last minute trip. I selected Priority Boarding as I was in a rush to get to my meeting after arrival. The boarding was smooth. I noticed how the front luggage bins were closed to reserve them for those up front. I liked how they made the announcement about headphone usage. No disruptions. Nothing. I was very pleased with the flight.
The return flight was delayed by an hour. Again, the boarding was smooth. I heard one passenger ask the flight attendant if they could move and the FA said she'd look into it. The FA came back and said it was ok. They didn'd make the announcement about headphone usage. One guy was playing something loud on his phone and the neighboring passenger asked him to stop. He initially resisted but agreed. Other than that, there were no issues.
I have to say that overall I was very pleased.
I'm glad this suit hasn't been blocked. It needs to play out.
I'm guessing this is old news by now. I know the Vegas area does a good job at recycling water and has managed quite well even with a growing population.
Any thoughts on this? I feel like we need to be looking at other ways to get water into the area.
