Vibram FiveFingers? Reveiws or

Hello everyone;

I am looking for my new shoe purchase; I have been eyeing out the Vibram FiveFingers now for a while and wanted to hear what anyone who has them has to say?

I'm a tour guide and often out and about; I currently am happy with my Oakley Aquaterras / Nike Koko Sandals; but am looking for something that doesn't take up a lot of space.. I have a thing for chunky shoes and packing gets tough..

If anyone has any reveiws or recommendations on models or alternatives, I'd love to know! :)

(Context: I live and tour in Namibia, mud + water is not a problem; think: dust, sand, rocky surfaces, occational hiking (nothing major) driving, camping)

Little bump on baby’s side

Hi all 🫶🏻
Yesterday we found this bump on baby boy’s side and I took a couple photos to share with you. It’s hard, and seems to be in the skin, not underneath. In comparison to yesterday it already seems smaller. If it doesn’t go away entirely we will be off to the vet, but it’s hardish, doesn’t seem to hurt him at all, and again, seems smaller than yesterday. I think it could just be a clogged pore or something, anyone with anything similar?

Leather workers + Pottery people open to custom orders?

Hi Hi! I’m looking for pottery people and/or leather workers who can help me with a custom order of trinkets! I work in tourism and would like to leave a different kind of keepsake with my clients and something handmade from a small Namibian business would be awesome, please inbox me + I’ll go off on what it is I’m looking to have done!

EDIT: woodworkers as well!

Don’t mind my ugly UV res. hoodie.. I can throw better fits together than this, buuuuut look! My shoes make it out of the city!
Probably thinking this isn’t the usual coffee route

Riverbed, Palmwag, Namibia

Kept us there hours tracking animal prints.

Spitzkoppe, Namibia; Ace Pro 2 + Mantis stand

It’s my first time using a camera like this but even with my inexperience, the footage it captures leaves me speechless.

Zeila shipwreck, Skeleton Coast, Namibia

One of around 300 ships known to have found their end on our skeleton coast, a pretty neat stop on our way up north.

Campsite 4, Mowani Mountain Camp, Damaraland Namibia

First time using the tarred road in Damaraland to arrive to our campsite!
We were a little iffy with the tent as the clouds threatened rain, but all in all, the stars at night were really quite something so no complaints.
The lack of rain cover really paid off when we could see little nocturnal animals roam around the campsite.
Who else has a tent like this?
