i'm not entirely sure that SSRIs are for me but I was struggling with depression/anxiety alongside my already medicated adhd (vyvanse 60mg daily). after going up to 10mg I said I wasn't feeling like it was really helping me and that my anxiety had worsened actually.

after that she bumped me up to 15 and said she would rather us go up to 20 and see how it works than start tapering me now because i'm not having any "extreme symptoms like s*icidal ideation" according to her...

i've been on 15 a couple weeks and my depression and anxiety and overall motivation is HORRIBLE!!! i'm meeting with her this next week and idk how to advocate for myself that I want to start going off them instead of trying the max dose??

it seemed kinda wild to me that i would have to be THAT impacted by the negative side effects for her to want to taper me off... also like if i told her that wouldn't she send me to the hospital anyway?!!? lol advice pls and thank you <3

i just wanted to share some positive appreciation for Bob & Monét... listening to them ALWAYS makes me laugh and lightens my mood.

i struggle with depression and other issues that make me depleted of dopamine. honestly this podcast has become a part of my emotional regulation routine as crazy as that sounds lol 😂

Any other intuition practices other than looking at a selfie or a fist with something inside it???
