Help identify this integrated circuit

The battery is fine and fully charged at 4.2 V (red wires: L+ and B-). The LED is at the top (B+ and the blue wire). At the bottom, there is a switch with four modes: the first press turns the LED on at full brightness, the second switches to half brightness, the third activates blinking mode, and the fourth turns the LED off.

To the right of the switch, there are blue and green LEDs that indicate charging status, a full battery, or when the lamp is in use.

It's not visible in the picture, but there is some blue stuff underneath the IC, possibly copper oxidation or some kind of glue. Anyway, the lamp doesn't respond when I press the switch, so I believe the IC was damaged by the rain.

It's a cheap battery powered lamp, but I have some tools and would like to try replacing the IC. The problem is that there are no markings on it, and since I'm not an electronics expert, I can't identify it.

Does anyone recognize this IC?

The MiY and BiW are just an allegory for an egg

My therory is that the Man in yellow is an allegory for an eggyolk, inspired by "The Egg" story about reincarnation and the cycle of life.

He eats liver because we fry eggs in Teflon pans, which adds another layer to the symbolism.

The boy in white is obviously just the egg white, He is seperated from the yolk man because many kids prefer egg whites and yolks aparth than togehter. Which bothers parents.

The entire conflict is therefore a metaphor for a decontructed breakfast. Breakfast is traditionally the meal that keeps a family together, and that's why MiY and BiW should find each other to FORM a whole egg.

Pogrešna naplata putarine?

Koliko često vam se dešava da vam uređaj na ulazu na autoput dodeli kategoriju 1 umesto 1A?

S obzirom da je putarina duplo manja za motor, bezveze je da je ne dobijem, ali mi uvek bude malo smešno kad je manja relacija pa sad sebi obaram cenu za 50 din.

Radnik na izlazu može da promeni, a desilo mi se i da naplati kao za auto.

Množina od Ćaci?

Već se odomaćila ova reč kod nas i iako sretnem ponegde "ćak" kao jedninu, imam utisam da je "ćaci" ipak prihvaćeno kao oblik jednine.

Za množinu nisam siguran, nekako je podjenako i "ćaci" što onda ovu reč svrstava u one koje imaju samo jedninu ili množinu, ali i "ćacad" koja mi je simpatičnija.

Je l postoji neko pravilo koje bi odredilo broj ove imenice ili se jednostavno prepusti narodu da je utemelji vremenom?

Nisam siguran za fler, da li je ovo više vokabular ili grammar.
