Hi everyone. I bought a brand-new, factory-sealed MacBook today from a reputable electronics retailer. They’re not an Apple Authorized Reseller, but they’re a well-established company that’s been around for a long time.

After setting it up and using it for about an hour, I got a Device Management pop-up saying that the Mac is owned by some random US company. I did not enroll the device.

Has anyone had a similar experience? How did you resolve it? Should I immediately ask for a refund/replacement?

Does anyone have experience with turntables? I’m looking to buy one as a gift and I’m wondering if those suitcase-style turntables with built-in speakers are actually worth it, or if it’s better to spend a bit more on something higher quality long term.

The person receiving it is just getting into vinyl collecting, so I’m not looking for a super advanced setup, but I also don’t want to buy something that’s genuinely bad or will be outgrown after a month.

Any beginner-friendly recommendations are welcome.

Ima li neko iskustva s gramofonima, konkretno tražim za poklon. Ima li smisla uzimati one “kofer” gramofone sa ugrađenim zvučnicima ili je ipak bolje izdvojiti više novca za nešto kvalitetnije dugoročno?

Hey everyone, has anyone run into an issue where Pusher events triggered on login don’t arrive?

It seems like a timing problem — the event is fired before the subscription is fully established, so it gets missed. While debugging, I added breakpoints in both the Pusher setup and subscription flow, and I can see the event coming through in the console. However, once I remove the breakpoints, the event almost never arrives.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a reliable workaround?
