FOUND GRAY CAT

I spent an hour at like 2:00 in the morning trying to rescue this poor baby. It walked right up to me and was happy to be pet, but I could feel how scrawny it was at the first touch. I gave it some food and I tried to lure it into a carrier with treats but unfortunately it was too scared.

Found off of Lindale Drive

If you recognize this cat, please reach out. It seems so scared and hungry. I did what I could but I just couldn't manage to catch it and the non-emergency line wouldn't help.

I'm genuinely bawling my eyes out for the first time in like a year

I started testosterone on January 2nd of 2025 and my periods slowed down but didn't stop. Soon after that I got put on Lyleq to completely stop my periods. I haven't had one in over a year now, and all a sudden it hit again and it's like a full-blown normal period.

I was taking my pills consistently, I was taking my testosterone consistently, I did everything I could and now I'm just fucking writhing in my own skin. I'm so angry and I can't stop crying. I fucking hate this shit.

Does it ever go away forever or am I going to have to deal with this again and again?

I hate this so much I literally just want to be a man and I'm crying like a little girl fuck this

RE: WTF USPS (Update)

Last night, I emailed USPS about the weight issue, since it was labeled at 65 kg for a package that couldn't have been more than 1lb.

Today it got shipped back from Portland and is now officially in Springfield waiting to be sent out for delivery.

Someone mentioned here that Portland is really good about correcting these things, so it seems all is well in the end ☺️

Thanks to everyone who shared their experiences and advice! It seems we may be in the final stretch now

WTF USPS

I wasn't sure what to flair this but, has anyone else had to deal with this?

Yes I understand. My delivery date is still a couple days away but I'm more so concerned that my package is going to be returned to the sender.

My friend across the country shipped me a custom-made shirt a week ago, and now I am currently trapped in a loop of it traveling back and forth between Eugene and Portland. This morning around 4:00am, it said it was out for delivery in Springfield, and all of a sudden, that update disappeared a couple hours later. What gives?

I talked to the post office and the manager told me that the package was weighted incorrectly (65kg!!), but I find that hard to believe when it was a first class small box that shouldn't have weighed nearly close to that (maybe 2lbs max), AND if it was already marked for delivery, why wasn't it weighed LONG before it arrived in Springfield?

I'm just sort of at a loss here so any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.

How think exactly does peach fuzz have to be to dye it darker?

Can't edit the title I meant thick 💀

I was looking for the Just For Men 1 day beard and mustache stuff but I just couldn't find it in store and don't really want to order from Amazon.

I do have some hair dye that's safe for beard/mustache dyes on hand, so I wasn't sure if it was worth a shot or if I'm just wasting dye.

I can't add photos but for reference, you can see the fuzz from at least 5 feet away, but it's very light. More of a 5 clock shadow kinda deal.

Advice?

How?? I want this butterfly's wing pattern on a shirt

I'm making a test run of a shirt for a DJ homie of mine and I know for sure this style would work, especially as a bleach dye, but I have no idea where to start. Halp!

Has anyone worked on a novel/some sort of literary translation of the band's lore and timeline?

I'm not talking about Rise of the Ogre, I know that pretty much covers the origins. More so I'm trying to figure out if there's an actual linear story that follows everything that's happened that we see in animations, the albums, website, all of it but in a novel or chapter book format. Would it even work as a book, or would there be too many gaps to fill without making up our own assumptions about what happened in between?

If there isn't, or if there is one that hasn't been updated in a while, would it be worth it to try and create something that ties written storytelling into everything else? I would certainly read it over endlessly rabbitholing the lore lol

Where to donate a large amount of Squishmallows?

I have a rather overwhelming amount of Squishmallows that I've been struggling to get rid of. I'm thinking maybe I could bag a lot of them up and donate them to something like a children's hospital or somewhere that will get some good love for them. I'm not quite sure where to take them though, so if there's somewhere local that might take them it would be a big help. Thanks!

Music Poll

I'm just interested in what music people listen to. Whether it's your own playlist or just tuning into the radio, I'm curious to see what the popular vote is.

I know personally it can be hard to pick just one so go with whatever gets you the most plays or has the most overlap between genres.

Post your recommendations below! I'm always looking for new music and maybe it might help someone discover something they hadn't heard before.

Thanks! 💖

Night in the Woods & Coma

I can't help but think this scene specifically was a nod to the classic Newgrounds game, Coma. It has a similar vibe and aesthetic to it that I could easily see the connection. It was also a very small, indie game back in the early 2000s that I think only a select few may have been lucky enough to find. If you haven't played it already, I recommend checking it out on the official Newgrounds website under the name AtmosGames. Have fun!
