New account blocked

I created an account and was blocked straight away after logging in. I have never had a Vinted account before. I have tried to appeal and they decided to keep it blocked. They didn’t even confirm why. Stupid A.I. bot. Any advice? Should I create a new account under another email address, or use Facebook/Google/Apple etc?
