The inktober words of yesterday were OTP, evil ship version, and different clothes— So after discussing it with my pillow, I finally decided to draw these two <3 BE FED MY THREE KUNIZAI FANS 🙏
For some context, this was at start of June. The artist let me know they were busy on other commissions so they wouldn't be able to start until 15 days later. I was okay with this so i paid half upfront through paypal to reserve my spot.
After 13 days i texted them though it was unrelated, since i sent them a reference i accidentally delated and wanted to know if they still had it. They were really nice and sent it.
After a week of that i decided to text them again to have any updates. I didn't want to be pushy or rush them but i wanted to know if there was any progress or when they would be able to start since it was past the date mark, however, they haven't replied nor their profile has been active. I already tried texting them three times without any response.
This artist has many vouches so I'm worried maybe something happened that they can't use their account right now. However, for what i have seen, they also did multiple commissions on a short ammount of time (like 20 vouches on a span of two months for written commissions that are, at the very least, 1k words), so I'm also worried they may got overwhelmed and started to ghost people
I'm not used to commission many artists so I'm not sure if this is common or how long i should wait before asking a refund from paypal... I'm in general a very anxious person so this is making me nerveous, I'm sorry if i come across as abnoxious or impatient T T

Ignoring the obvious fact that a lot of us are neurodivergent, WHY DO U CARE?
I constantly have people telling me they would beat the shit out of me if i was their child and somehow is still a totally socially acceptable thing to say???? Without mentioning people hiding shit in my food thinking i wouldn't notice and that i am faking it just to get upset when i do end up noticing?! LIKE WHY ARE *YOU* UPSET?! I AM THE ONE GETTING MY FOOD MESSED UP?? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
Also, people forcefully getting their child to eat everything they don't like is literally abuse, and i hate people pretending is not !! Yeah your kid should eat their veggies, but forcing it down their throat is NOT okay. There are always alternatives and better ways to introduce them to other flavors and textures without traumatizing them
And the WORST part is that the logic isn't "i want them to be healthy" but "I want them to stop being picky" LIKE ?????
What is even the real issue with being picky? WHY IS IT HATED SO MUCH?? JUST LET PEOPLE EAT WHATEVER THEY WANT

(EDIT: yall aren't READING. Yes, you can AND should give kids a varied diet, but forcing it isn't the way. FORCEFEEDING isn't the way. Kids are extremely sensitive because they are experiencing everything for the first time, is normal they are 'picky'. Everyone always forget that kids are still PEOPLE who deserve dignity and respect
EDIT 2: People seem to believe picky eaters are just people who don't try other food and like junk. If you believe that, you haven't met a real picky eater. Most of us will literally throw up at certain textures, smells, and flavors. As i mentioned before, MOST OF US ARE ALSO NEURODIVERGENT. No, i don't only eat ketchup, nuggets and pizza, they make me gag. By the way, the picture isn't mine, i took it out of pinterest lol
