Curable.
manageable to great extent, where symptoms can be mitigated & quality of life can improve in significant way.
3)manageable to some extent
4)uncurable hell
If you can explain your choice it will be better

having no one to talk or share the details of your life with from small things to big ones and from trivial things to serious things, someone you can talk to without fear. someone who would listen to you attentively and wouldn't judge or blame you, or use what you told them against you later. this is really brutal & very depressing.
