Hi, I had 'food poison' / 'travellers dhiarrea' a few times in my life, I'm from Brazil living in the UK, I had it in Portugal and Brazil few years ago and don't want it to happen again. Light symptoms in Copenhagen and Japan.

I'll spend 20 days in Thailand and Malaysia around Christmas/New Year. Working on trying to mitigate the risks of having it on this trip, I've been researching a lot and I've got the below list:

- I'll take probiotics 7 days before the trip and during the trip.
- I don't drink much alcohol so that helps
- Avoid ice from street vendors
- Only drink bottled water
- Brush teeth using bottle water
- Street Food only from 'high traffic/movement' vendors

If it happens:
- I'll buy them activated ca-r-bon pills
- flying rabbit
- Imodium if on travel/airport days
- Pocari Sweat / Royal D for hydration

am I forgetting something? Hopefully not overthinking this as I don’t really wanna go through it again lol

Hi, wondering if anyone can help, I was a Sky UK customer for a few years and just moved to Vodafone on Monday 18/05, it was a remote take over so I've plugged the Router in and started using it, everything seems to be ok but while playing online games my MS usually is 100ms, from time to time(random) the MS goes to 5000ms and there is a complete loss of connection, then it comes back, the whole thing goes on for 20-30secs.

I tried searching online and AI chats which say this is due to Dynamic Line Management and Vodafone does this for the first 1-3 days, it's been over 3 days and I'm still getting these spikes.

does anybody had that before and solved it? do I need to wait more? how long? Thanks.

I've read in a post years ago that after like dist 120+, it's better to just train ML instead of Dist, also, levelling up scales the damage more than skill, is that true? At what level range does level / ML starts to make more difference than dist?

We are a couple in our early 30’s traveling thru Thailand from 20/12 to 05/01, we have 4 full days where we would like to visit another country nearby, the only requirement is having a direct flight to Phuket so it doesn’t mess with our Thai itinerary.

Current options we are thinking are Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Singapore but open to recommendations.

We like exploring, architecture and good food. We dont care about shopping etc and will be packing light so cant buy much. TIA
