F/31/5’5” [292>159=133lbs] 10 Year Anniversary

⬅️ Wedding day in 2016
➡️ Anniversary trip in 2026

The woman on the left had no idea what the next decade would bring. The woman on the right has lost 133 lbs, and living a life she honestly didn’t think was possible.

Over the last decade I’ve gained so much more than that..confidence, strength, and energy. Not to mention a healthier relationship with myself and food.

GLP-1 medication was a tool that helped make this possible, but it wasn’t the whole story. I also committed to calorie and macro tracking, strength training, and building sustainable habits that I could actually stick with. I have started to better pursue my faith and found enjoyment in hobbies and activities again.

I still have goals I’m working toward mentally and physically, but looking back at where I started reminds me how far I’ve come.

The closer I get to reaching my goals, the more I’m grateful for this medication, the work I’ve put in, and a husband who’s supported me through every step of the journey.

Happy 10 years and here’s to continuing to grow together. 🤍

From the little girl with the gap-tooth grin, to the awkward teen, to the new mom still figuring herself out, to finally feeling (somewhat) confident in my own skin.

No glow up happened overnight. It took years of growing up, getting help, learning healthier habits, practicing makeup, and figuring out the kind of woman I wanted to be.

I’m still a work in progress, but it’s pretty wild looking back and seeing how far I’ve come. ❤️

I spent so many years feeling uncomfortable in my own body that I honestly never knew what confidence felt like. It’s still a work in progress and assembling these side by side photos still doesn’t feel real sometimes.

I know GLP-1s can be controversial to some people, but they completely changed my life in January 2025. I combined them with calorie/macro tracking, strength training, and actually being dedicated to consistency instead of relying on temporary motivation.

126 lbs down, a whole lot of habits changed, and for the first time I feel like I’m becoming the wife, mother, and overall woman that I always wanted to be. 💛

I started my weight loss journey using a GLP1 in January 2025. 2-3 months ago I started incorporating workouts 4 days per week. The scale is not moving as easily, but instead of giving up like I used to.. I have decided to lock in and start counting calories to push through it. These last 20lbs won’t break me. Would love any tips for getting protein in while in a caloric deficit! 🩷
