New behaviors stopped after coworker was barred from shifts

One of our clients in the house started having a new behavior about a month ago, but only with one staff member. They began making threatening statements specifically towards this staff each shift that they worked, but would not exhibit this behavior with anyone else, nor did they have changes in behavior with anyone else. The staff has been caught using questionable language and tactics around them before. A lot of us are in agreement this could have stemmed from something this staff has said or done? We can't figure out any other triggers? There are 7 of us including this staff, and the other 6 of us have not been threatened by this consumer. The staff has been banned from working any shifts alone with them, or working with them during double staffing times. Would you also think it was something stemming from staff? I've been here 5 years and this is the first time this has ever happened and my heart is breaking! I just want my consumer to be happy but we're stumped!

Coming in early for people, but they don't come in early for you

Does this irritate anyone else? I somehow always end up in a position where I'm forced to say yes. I got roped into going in 2 hours earlier, but no one offered to come in 2 hours earlier for me. Maybe that's a childish way of thinking, but people take advantage of overnight shift workers a lot. I believe this person agreed to cover a shift for someone at my house until midnight when I come in, but they work somewhere else early the next day. So now I am sacrificing 2 hours of my time for..no reward. Except so they can be more rested for their own shift. It's maybe 40 extra bucks. I tried saying no or offering to come in just an hour or and hour and a half earlier and was met with a blank stare. So the people please in me ended up saying yes. I already work at 10pm on Friday and Saturday. That 2 extra hours of sleep is what I look forward to 😭

Sky high 25% APR. What do I do?

I financed a 2022 Corolla LE with 16k miles from a certified dealership in 2024. I had extremely new, basically non existent credit history and very little to put down. I didn't really understand at the time what that number meant for me, and my dad who was with me didn't really make sure I understood. I financed through Ally Bank, and I pay $669 a month. I've only paid 4.4k on the car, have never missed a payment, and still owe a little over 20k. The car Kelley Blue Books for around 14k. I am severely upside down. I considered refinancing, I have a 772 credit score, but that negative equity is going to be my downfall. I'm so ashamed of myself for letting this happen to me. How do I realistically begin to fix this?

About to refinance and get rid of my awful APR. Is it really gonna get better?

Bought a '22 Corolla LE in July 2024. $500 down, around $24k total. Problem is, my credit was too low. I believe they referred to me as a "ghost" My APR is 25% and my payment is $670 a month. For 72. I had no credit in the system when I bought this car.

This is unequivocally the stupidest financial decision I have ever made. Believe me, I'm reminded every time I make that payment. I've now been paying for 2 years, and have only paid 4.4k. I still owe over 20k. Interest is eating me alive. However, my credit score is now 768, Ive continued building my credit with the credit card as well for 2 years, and have never ever missed a payment. I've decided it is finally time to refinance. I'm going to refinance through the local bank I already bank at, instead of Ally. I've had no issues with them, but would just prefer to use someone I'm familiar with.

Is this truly going to help me in the long run? I've dealt with buyers remorse with this car for 2 years. I'm tired of having to watch my finances so closely every month to ensure that payment gets made on the 16th What possessed me to say yes to any of that BS that day, I don't know, but it won't ever happen to me again. Please, don't grill me too bad. I know I should have had the wherewithal to say no and should have run for the hills with that number. I've regretted it since, and know much more now.

My newest set

My husband and I have a Weird Al concert next week and I decided to do some fun lashes in honor! I normally only do color pops on my outer corner. I have a mini fill booked for Tuesday to add some eyelash charms as well!

Test results reassurance?

I have PCOS with anovulatory cycles. I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. I did a Premom test strip and got a high reading on May 1st (yes I know they can unreliable with PCOS) Decided to try anyways rather than brush it off. Took a test this past Saturday and had 2 faint lines. I tested Sunday with a faint line and positive digital, as well as yesterday. I started spotting brownish light red yesterday morning and went in for a beta and a Progesterone. I made the mistake of reading MyChart and my hcG is 18 and my progesterone was 2.1. I am still spotting about the same and have had 2 instances of small stringy pieces. Very very mild cramping.

I have no hope right now. My appointment to go over there results is later and I am just trying to prepare for the worst. I don't even want to go back for another draw, I just want to give up.

15ish DPO. PCOS w anovulation

Caught a possible surge Friday, May 1st. Baby danced with my husband, then started having what I assumed were just my textbook PCOS symptoms. Took a test just for peace of mind and to maybe soften the blow before my period, but truly expect a BFN like I've had the last 3 years. Genuinely shocked at this and honestly just refusing to believe or feed into it, just feels like a long joke from the universe. I've been told to test again but I'm honestly wigged it's gonna be negative.

My (26F) fiance (31M) and I have been together for 8 years, engaged for almost 4. We've been in no hurry to do the ceremony, but decided we may want to finally do it this year in a very small ceremony with just family and friends. We had talked about a ceremony, and at one point planned for his aunt who's ordained to marry us. As I've been going through a bit of planning, but have nothing set in stone yet. The more we've talked and I'm realizing just how much will go into planning even a small ceremony..I don't want to do it. I thought I'd given it a lot of thought, but I'm starting to feel like a wedding ceremony would be nightmare anxiety levels.

I love my fiance to the end of the Earth and honestly would marry him tomorrow. I want to take a trip and self solemnize. My fiance is fine with whatever, but we're worried about hurting his aunts feelings. It's been years ago we said she could marry us and we haven't mentioned it again that I remember. We've also talked about just taking a trip and bringing her with. I want to do what I want with my partner, but I'm almost wishing we wouldn't have agreed to this. We love her, we've just changed our minds on what we want to do. I know that it's "our day" but I wouldn't hate for her to feel hurt. I just think this is a moment I want between me and the person I love, and so that's it's a day I can look fondly on 100%

Editing to add; Im not asking for comments on our 5 year age gap and won't tolerate my partner being accused of doing something wrong. I guess I'm the creep considering I pursued him initially 100%
