This is my first cycle off mirena and cycle 0 on NC. I’ve had a longer follicular phase and now with a temp dropping seeming like a short luteal. I’ve only had very minimal brown spotting. Wondering if my chart maybe look Anovulatory or should wait a couple more days for period. ***NC coverline is about .5 higher then it should be according to oura***

First time TTC here. I got my mirena iud removed 5 weeks ago that I had for 1.5 years. Before that I was on the combo pill for about 9-10 years. I know it’s normal for your cycle to take time to regulate after coming off but I have been BBT and my temps are all over the place. I don’t get much CM and haven’t noticed much at all since getting the IUD removed. I’m on a prenatal but wondering if there’s anything else I can be doing to help speed things along? Any other supplements? I know a lot of people just say I need to wait it out but I’m antsy and a little anxious!
