I just bought the M5 MacBook Air and the iPad feels completely USELESS. Change my mind.
Hey everyone,
I recently picked up the new MacBook Air M5 to finally dive into the Apple ecosystem. It is an absolute beast, and I love it. Naturally, the next step to fully experiencing the "ecosystem magic" seems to be getting an iPad, but I am seriously struggling here.
Every time I try to justify buying one, I realize my MacBook Air already does it better, faster, and on a bigger screen.
For those of you who own both a Mac and an iPad, what do you actually use the iPad for? Is it just an expensive Netflix machine, or am I missing some secret workflow?
Please give me some actual, real-world use cases where the iPad beats a Mac. What do you guys use your iPads for daily?
