the Male toilet in Castle Street Hospital is in extremely bad condition, 1000s of males visit their with their spouse and really struggle to use that Nasty, broken, and no proper pipe washroom,
No complaints about ward and female washrooms,

Hi All, 1.5 month ago, I started treating my vitamin D deficiency with 4000 IU and 2000 IU some days, only Sun some days (I was at 10ng/ml),
I am not from a cool country, actually from a hot south asian country, i started to get frequent cold in last 4 weeks as i remember, very frequently cold and running nose,
not sure its related to Vitamin D or other issues , but before check other possibilities, want to know is anyone faced similar issues
the first symptom came to me 2 months ago was nerve issues
