Also hes allowed in rings outsider of Pride ring despite bein' an human soul 'cause hes half winner (except envy ring not cause of magic but because leviathan doesn’t like the fact that David his a half-winner)Also since he cant make portals appear he Just flies to heaven from pride ring using his wings(which he can make apper at will) & flies down from heaven to pride ring using his wings when he feels like it Though he Doesn't like flying.

After David died his soul got split in two parts one in hell(sinner) another in heaven(winner) & both soul(technically one) had an feelin' that they Weren't whole,so David (winner) after getting permission from sera he got allowed to spend 15 minitues in hell where he found his other half (sinner) & when they touched each other David became the sinner-winner hybrid.then basically said to sera since hes now an sinner-winner hybrid he can stay in wherever he pleases heaven or hell.now David can become 2 souls winner & sinner but he Doesn't need to.{also when hes split if his sinner soul takes physical damage his winner soul does too & vice virsa(kinda like good Charlie & dark Charlie supernatural s9 epi 11,& also like dark Charlie & light Charlie from that episode his winner only soul only does good deeds & vice versa}(his sinner soul body & winner soul body looks kinda humanoid separately)
