How all the tickets got sold out immediately after opening?! I couldn’t get London, but got Bournemouth…

How was your experience with the tickets in this pre sale?

I’ll try to be as brief as possible.

Bought a speaker kit online for my C1 in April. After requesting a lot of times for them to send it, I got the speakers but not the rest of the kit.

Tried to find a solution with the merchant but never got the rest of my order and they always said “ok I’m going to send another one”. Never arrived and this has been happening since April. I sent him a final email saying that I’m going to create a chargeback claim if this is not resolved. Nothing happened so I did it.

Got refunded upfront as “they believe I would win the dispute”. Few days later after my card company got in touch with him, they’ve just sent me an email saying “it’s a false claim as I’ve received 90% of the order, and that I should return it” (much more rude than this but trying to keep it short).

Not sure what to do now. Wait for them to respond to the chargeback claim / ignore him/ or return it?

Sorry if this is dumb, but I need some opinions.

I’ve ordered car parts (speakers+adaptors) from a website in early May and as of today, only got part of the order. The guy from the website is basically a scammer that says every week “sorry will send it today” and never arrives.

I’m thinking of requesting a chargeback (payed with Flex Card) but I’m afraid of what could happen. I’ve never done something like that before, and I’ve seen online that the bank can close your account etc etc.

What would you do in a situation like this? Thank you in advance guys.

I’m having a nightmare with citybugstore.co.uk. Bought the speakers with the adaptors (£38) in April.

Weeks on and nothing arrived. Emailed them and they said they will ‘send a new one’. It arrived after a week but just the speakers.

Emailed again, the guy said they will post it and should arrive in a few days. 2 weeks later and nothing. Emailed again and they’ve said “will send a new one then”. 1 week later and nothing arrived.

Just so tired of this thing since April. I checked their reviews on trustpilot and I wish I did this before buying.

Any similar experiences?
