This 2021 John Deere motor grader comes straight off a major highway joint venture project and the specs are stacked

4,726 hours. Trimble grade control already installed. That is not a small detail. 2021 John Deere 772GP AWD motor grader. Enclosed cab. AC. Air ride seat. Rear view camera. Trimble CB460 grade control system. 14 ft moldboard. Push block. Rear scarifier. 17.5R25 tires. Sitting in Davenport, Florida. Comes off equipment previously used by Archer Western and Traylor Bros joint venture, which tells you this thing has seen real heavy civil work, not backyard grading. Engine starts and runs. Drivetrain operational. Hydraulics working. Clean inspection across the board. A Trimble grade control system already mounted saves a serious buyer real money since these systems are not cheap to add aftermarket. AWD graders like this hold their value hard because contractors always need them and they rarely sit around long at auction. What do you think a grader like this pulls with GPS already installed?

2022 LeeBoy asphalt distributor trailer at Ritchie Bros. Newer machine, rough inspection.

600 gallon capacity. 8 ft 4 in folding spray bar. Double flue LPG burners. Honda pump engine. Sitting in Davenport, Florida. Payment due July 17th 2026. The inspection is honest about where this one stands. Engine could not be started. Pump has hoses disassembled. Motor is missing the pull string handle. Tank is about 25% filled with tar. Hydraulics did check out as operational though. For anyone unfamiliar with these, asphalt distributors spray tack coat or seal coat ahead of paving. Not a flashy machine but essential for any paving operation. A 2022 unit normally still has a lot of life left in it. This one just needs some real attention before it is back in service. Missing parts and a disassembled pump usually means someone pulled it apart mid-repair and never finished. Worth a look for anyone with the time and parts access to bring it back. What would you factor into a bid on something like this?

A 2007 Peterbilt sewer cleaner truck at Ritchie Bros and honestly the job this thing does deserves more respect

Nobody thinks about sewer trucks until they desperately need one. 2007 Peterbilt 340 6x4. Cat remanufactured 6 cylinder diesel. Allison 3000 automatic. 28,286 engine hours. 16 ft telescopic boom. 8 inch suction hose. Steel debris tank. Hydraulic lift tailgate. Blower system. Sitting in Chehalis, Washington. Payment due July 18th 2026. Engine starts and runs. Drivetrain operational. Brakes good. Hydraulics working. Solid inspection across the board. For anyone who does not know, sewer cleaner trucks handle the jobs nobody wants to think about. Municipal lines, storm drains, lift stations. Unglamorous work that absolutely has to get done. 28K hours sounds like a lot but Cat remanufactured engines are built to keep going. This is not some worn out original motor, it has been rebuilt to factory spec. Vac trucks like this hold real value because there is always demand. Municipalities and contractors need them constantly and they do not show up at auction every day. Anybody here run sewer trucks for a living? Curious how reliable the Peterbilt platform is for this kind of work.

510 kW mobile generator set just dropped at Ritchie Bros and it comes with a bonus trailer. Florida folks pay attention.

510 kilowatts of mobile power. That is not a backup generator. That is a small power plant on wheels. 2018 Hi-Power HMW510T6. MTU diesel engine. 510 kW rated 3 phase output. 277V/480V. Bottom mounted fuel tank. Electric brakes. 3,110 hours. Sitting in Davenport, Florida. Payment due July 17th 2026. And it comes bundled with a 2023 Anderson 20 ft equipment trailer. Two items one bid. Engine runs, needed a jump start but fired right up. Generator is producing electrical current. Main components operational. One thing to flag there is a fuel leak present. Not a deal breaker but factor that into your budget before you bid. For anyone who does not run in the generator world, a 510 kW mobile unit like this powers entire job sites, events, emergency operations, you name it. MTU diesel engines are some of the most respected in the industry. A 2018 machine with low hours, a bundled trailer and a fixable fuel leak at auction pricing is genuinely hard to ignore.

Unused 2026 JCB 3DX hitting the block. Total steal or a parts nightmare?

A brand new, zero hour 2026 JCB 3DX backhoe is up for grabs at the upcoming auction. These global spec machines are absolute tanks overseas but seeing them pop up over here always sparks a massive debate. When it comes to these unused import models, do local dealerships actually support them or does tracking down simple filters and parts turn into a total logistical headache? Is it worth rolling the dice on zero hour grey market iron or is it always safer to just buy a well worn domestic machine?
