WIP by my husband Casey Ryder @ North Coast Tattoo Westbrook ME

Slowing chipping away at this piece. Lots of black work left to do & adding more above & below. So happy with how this is turning out. Lucky af to be married to such a talented dude.

it lasts forever and then it’s over by anne de marcken

i’m surprised i haven’t seen this one featured more on this sub, although it’s been on a few wrap-ups i believe. i started it yesterday, finished it today, and am BLOWN AWAY. so beautiful while making me laugh.

truly just felt like someone siphoned thoughts from my brain, translated them into a different language, and then back-translated them into english. like, it shouldn’t have made so much sense to me but somehow it did.

anyways, i’ll be thinking about this one for a while.

how to get diagnosed? (or figure out if i’m bipolar)

i’ve wondered for a while if i have bipolar 2 and lately been having more symptoms that make me think i do. i’m not asking for a diagnosis here, i know that’s not the point of the sub, but how did you get diagnosed? or how would i confirm/deny my suspicions? i’m on a waiting list for a therapist but until i can see someone do you have any resources i could look into?

How to use the Play feature?

I've seen posts about this feature not working for other people but I don't know if I'm using it wrong, or it's just broken. When I use the "play" feature on an official chord page, it just keeps repeating the first line/chord and never moves on. How do I make it scroll to play the whole song?

almost halfway 25/52

thankfully i haven’t had to hate-finish any books this year! (i almost never DNF)

and i found one of my new favorite series. almost done the 8th one now :) i typically read more nonfiction but DCC has me on a fiction kick right now.

trying to read a little more in spanish this year.

looks like i’m on track to finish 52 this year, it’ll be my 3rd time accomplishing that goal!

album art (literally)

doodles based on the album Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life by the Wombats.

each doodle represents a song. some are obvious (just look at the titles) but others are less so.

just for fun, i’m not an artist, hope you enjoy if you’re a fan of the album :)

pet peeve

respectfully, i don’t think Matt knows what “prone” really means. he keeps using it when contextually the character should be on their back. every time i read it im like matt no that person could not be fighting like that while laying on their STOMACH!
