To the riders who are not happy, fees, cant unassign and other issues.

I have noticed you keep on using deliveroo, and are somehow just expecting things to get better.

The reality is we are in end game capitalism, you are freelancers,

Some of these policies also affect customers in a bad way.

So negative policies for riders.

Low fees, decided by the app, customer's only intervention is the poor tip system.
Forced stacking of orders, which can have messed up routes, delays on pickup etc.
Orders marked as ready when they not ready.

Negative polices for customers.

Can take a while for driver to pickup an order, related to low fees.
Stacked orders means cold late deliveries.
They cannot entice a driver as they have no control of fees.

The first advice I have is to boycott deliveroo, by this I mean dont even login to the app, a lot of you still use the app, but are trying to fight the system on a order by order basis, this will be ineffective, and you end up doing some work for the app.
Dont login to the app at all!!!!!.

Second advice, do some proper organisation, a union I think wont achieve much, a better idea is to get a petition going for both customers and riders to sign about the forced stacking, and add to it as well riders and customers should negotiate fees between themselves.

Also see if you can start your own company, this company would have the customer set the fee themselves, and if no riders accept the offer, they can either propose a counter fee, or the customer gets impatient and raises the fee themselves, this will lead to higher pay per delivery.
The app would also do every single order as a single, no stacking nonsense. More work for riders this way, faster, hotter deliveries, and no dilution of fees on stacks.
Customers would be able to cancel right up until the point a rider agrees to the fee. Once fee agreed neither driver or customer can cancel without a holding fee penalty, however if the order has an issue at restaurant, such as a delay, the driver would be able to inform customer there be a waiting fee, and if that is rejected by customer, then order is cancelled, driver keeps the holding fee as compensation for driving there.

How is path of the nomed skill supposed to work, I died instead of full heal.

Got 4 nomad gear's equipped, its confirmed in the description box with skill highlighted, I also see a green box bottom left of HUD.

But first time I died after equipping it, I died as normal, if relevant I was in the DZ.

Please stop the use of QR codes for surveys. Do surveys internally.

The console itself is capable of showing questions in the insider app, and you promoting the use of mobile phones instead, plus many phones cant scan QR codes.

Made it to level 30, 4 days 4 hours game play time, 100 hours.

Thought summary.

I dont like shooters for the most part, hate first person view, this is 3rd person view, and has RPG elements and story which drawn me in.

I had previously played division 2 on PC, which was fun until it wasnt, after lost sons boss, it became unbearable as a solo player, too much flanking, enemies spawning behind you, overly spongy enemies etc.

So here is my personal opinion as a novice player experience, someone who isnt highly skilled.

I managed to make it to level 30, some tough moments, but they always seemed a way to cheese tough opponents so managed to get through situations. As an example the bounty at west of map, where have to fight two elites at same time, I was able to find a spot from roof of car park they couldnt reach me. Also killed the bounty from the roof, there was a group I could see on radar making their way to me from behind, but they didnt make it there, I met them on the way back down.

My observation on loot quality did hold, lowest quality loot from killing enemies, usually grey or green, and could be much lower level. Better loot from civilians, which was always green or blue, and same level as my level. Chests always same level as my level. By far best loot in shops, advanced shop had blue and purple early, standard shop also switched before seeing it in enemy loot. So my strategy was I would occasionally (but quite rare) get something I wanted to equip from enemies, but 95% of what they dropped was sold for funds to buy something decent from shops. This worked very well. Its not surprising shops have the best stuff as I see there is very expensive DLC for credits.

Stat changes from green to blue was slight, so I was ok picking green over blue, talents were usually locked anyway, and also stat changes from level to level was low so could get away with using equipment 5-10 levels below my level without major implications. However I could see starting from around level 25, that the stats on weapons started rising rapidly from level to level. So a level 25 gear could feel obsolete at level 28. Whilst a level 10 gear would still feel fine at level 16.

My favourite weapons were 100 magazine LMG's with higher accuracy, M249 or tactical variant typically, these best for red enemies, due to the infrequent need to reload. I did start of with AR's that give higher damage per hit and lower RPM, as conserves ammo and reloads, but did shift out of necessity part way, as AR drop's are so rare. AR's are probably the most flexible weapon for me, short range, long range, against elites seem to remain effective, firing in short bursts to minimise recoil and maximise ammo efficiency. 3rd of course is marksman rifles, I started of with m44 type max damage per hit with long range, and is great for headshot one shot kills, but it becomes very weak against moving targets, elites, and at close range fighting, so following some posts I read on reddit I tried the M1A variant and do feel it is overall better, its like a powered up pistol that can do long range. I brought a lvl28 purple mk22 or something which seems better than a M1A. very similar except 15 instead of 10 magazine. I am now using the heel which I got out of a cache. Exotic version.

My feel on enemy difficulty, is it does get cheap. I wont lie to sugar coat the game, I expect it has been balanced to try and cater for the most highest skilled players, and for player groups.
Its better than the sequel in that I dont think I ever seen enemies just spawn right at my back, although have to be very careful in street areas, where roaming mobs often gatecrash encounters from behind or side. Also later missions seem to deliberately put you at a disadvantage in surroundings quite often having you surrounded from the off by design, I usually to counter that move forward enough to trigger the enemies, then run back to a choke point.

Enemies accuracy when you moving is ridiculous and isnt realistic either, grenades are overpowered, they have unlimited and a very short activation time, the enemy intelligence seems linked to the player level, at 15 they start to flank, by the time at 30, they dont just flank, but all move in coordination, move, attack when not looking, and will quite often just walk past any allies, and stroll towards you shooting out in the open, this last bit isnt realistic.

Skills, talents, perks, I dont know if this has suffered from nerfs during the years, but alot of stuff looks way under powered, some skills and perks are basically nothing, signature skill that only lasts 15 seconds with 900 sec cool down? whats that about. First aid way weaker than smart cover. Smart cover at same time also gives you other buffs, support station at least on paper (not tried it yet) has a horrid health regen rate. I compared it to standard regen rate on character stat screen, and its a fraction of it, standard regen is quite slow, I added up the duration and it doesnt even regen up to a bar, whilst smart cover comfortably does 2 bars and faster than normal regen. I think signature skill should be recharged when ko'd. First aid at least has the advantage you can use it when moving.

I did briefly approach a parachute drop, and seen enemies all level 32 and elites, that isnt for me, so if this is what the level 30 experience is about I probably will stop playing once I done all story, encounters and side quests, found all phones etc. I only have two 285 equipment's equipped sadly as two of the three were both gloves, so cant equip all 3.

I did buy that +88% magazine size from the shop in terminal for my AR, way too tempting to counter the main weakness of the weapon.

The division 1 bad advice to just use highest level equipment

As an example a level 9 ak 47 trumps over a lvl12 smg, a lv8 m44 trumps over a lvl 10 shotgun. But I see advice all over place to just always equip highest level random loot, and never buy.

90% of my best stuff has spawned in shops, I dont know if its just bad luck on RNG, or deliberate mechanic for junk to come from enemies and nice stuff to buy in shops.

Right now I am looking at a markman rifle m44, 34% extra dmg per hit in the shop with a new talent as well, but 6000 credits :(((

Credits seem extremely hard to get in the game.

Earlier in the game when I tried to just play my DPS got too low, until I sorted out my equipment, likewise with stamina, dont just equip random high level stuff.

Contact profile pic vanished, but still get two ticks, and they still respond to messages.

This happened after a heated argument, so they probably did something, but looks like I am not blocked, any idea what restriction may have been imposed that causes the profile pic to go away?

I think if customer asks where order is with chat support, it boosts delivery fee.

Every time I have done this, within 30 seconds, a driver is assigned.

I asked driver today what fee was and he said he didnt accept at £3.90, then it came up again at £6.50 and he took it.

when I asked customer services to assign driver, it happened within about 10-20 seconds.

Does using a older machine version in machine type options, avoid the qemu 11.x features?

I have seen a fair few problem reports related to qqemu 11, I jumped on Proxmox 9.2 quickly, and now am stuck with qemu 11, as I assume there is no way to go back to proxmox 9.1.x, so if I just set all my VM's to 10.0.2 qemu machine version, does this avoid all the 11.0 new code?

I noticed my audio always felt a bit off on certain sounds in recordings, music typically ok, but bass and peak sounds didnt sound right, so I looked into the audio settings, and changed from AAC to ALAC, I did read various posts saying AAC nearly everyone its good enough and cant tell the difference, but wow. To me I guess I am an audiophile, I can tell, and the change is worth it for me.

Looking at the media player info it is about 4x the audio bitrate, 320 to around 1300, but obviously the video can be a lot more then that, so I will accept the trade off.

Have others had a similar positive experience?

Just discovered this today, I have for a long time been recording to mkv, and auto remuxing to mp4.

Is Hybrid MP4 really as safe as MKV, and all of the modifications to MP4 dont break compatibility with anything, corruption etc?

Also I notice if I stop recording hybrid MP4 the remux box still pops up.
