Cat hates everyone in the house except me

I adopted my almost 4yo F spayed cat about a year ago. She is super clingy to me, which I kinda like, but she seems to hate everyone else in my household.

She doesn't interact with anyone except for me. When one of my family members enters the room, she usually runs away immediately. If they let her sniff their hand, she also runs. If someone tries to pet her, she tries to nip them. She wont play with anyone except for me. She only sometimes takes treats and food from them.

Its just such a night and day difference between how she interacts with me vs everyone else. She's so sweet and kinda silly. She's so affectionate towards me and follows me around everywhere. I wish other people could see that in her.

How can I get my cat to atleast tolerate my other family members that I live with? I feel bad that she's always stressed when someone who isn't me is around. It would be nice if she could be a family pet.

Should I let my resident just cat lay infront of the new cat's door

I'm doing a slow introduction with my 2 cats. They both will eat up against either side of the door from eachother. Often times, my resident cat will go up to his door, lay/sit down and just stare at it. She hissed at the new cat through the door a few days ago, but usually she doesnt.

Is this just curiosity or guarding? If it is guarding, is this a negative association that I should be discouraging or should I just let my resident cat do her thing?

Cat rotation times issue. New cat tearing up basecamp

I adopted a 7m old cat 2 weeks ago. I also have 3y old cat. They are currently at the feeding at the opposite sides of a closed door part of the introduction phase. I rotate the cats in shifts so each has an opportunity to roam and play in the house.

However, when my new cat's time is up, he's constantly ripping up the carpet and slamming against the door trying to get out. He's obviously distressed being alone and my resident cat is distressed by his commotion. I feel horrible keeping him in his room when its not his turn to be out, but its not fair to my resident cat to lock her up more often.

When the younger cat is out, I play with him as much as possible, multiple times a day.(1-2 hoursof play a day atleast) Because he's so young, he has boundless energy.

The new cat and resident cat dont seem ready to meet yet and I dont want to rush things. How can I get my resident cat to stop ripping up carpet and what can I do to calm him down?

How to get young cat to stop play attacking arms and hands?

We recently adopted a 7 month old cat. We think his previous owners would play wrestle him with their hands bc he will randomly come up to you, grab your arm and try to bunny kick and bite it.

We are all pretty sure he's just playing, but it still hurts. He doesnt usually break skin and is otherwise a very affectionate and playful cat. He's especially bad about this in the mornings, for some reason.

How can we train him to not play attack everyone's arms?
