Made as instructed with 2 small changes. 1) lined the sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup 2) added bean sprouts.

The crispy bits and the garlic ginger sesame serrano lime sauce elevate this "fried" rice to aww sheeeeeeeetpan heaven.

*Mellow not mallow First time trying flower from NH. Was so impressed by their fritter glitter fresh press rosin I wanted to try the source material. The master tapes if you will. Will you? This stuff hits. Immediately needed to lie down. Great creamy tropical fruit flavor. Cherry pineapple lemon. You know how your skittles do. I don't know if this is the og mellow but it sure ain't marshy. Bud was dry. But nobody's perfect. No weed is either. Happy Saturday!

Bought a slab of pork belly from Aldi recently. Thought I'd make crispy Cantonese pork. Then I realized the skin was removed from the slab. was meant to be used for burnt ends. So after a nytimes cooking app search I pivoted to this recipe. Followed it precisely except for the anise which I replaced with cinnamon, cloves and dried tangerine rinds. Not a fan of licorice flavor.

Had about 6 strawberries that were darkening and shriveling. Just enough for a half portion of the Strawberry Spoon Cake recipe. wow! First time baking this. Super simple and berries tasted way better than if I'd eaten them straight. The magic of brown sugar and butter I guess. 😀

Appearance: yellow orange sugary badder

Smell: faint fruit

Taste: sweet grapey caramel

Effects: warm relaxation slowly creeps up your body to your brain. Will probably spend the next hour rereading the same sentence in my book. What was once a page turner has met its enemy in this indica.
