Greece trip

Hi all, I’m 25M from albania and currently left my job since i start residency in September (med student here). In these weeks that I am off I really wanted to do something I haven’t done which is visit greece authentically and try to do a backpack trip to see some parts of it. Do you think greece is the type of place this would be safe to do? Any advice for those that have been there already? Any travel suggestions? Any advice is appreciated! Thank you

[Body rash?] Help! can’t figure this out identifying the issue

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what’s going on because I’m running out of ideas and treatments.
For over a month I’ve had a rash on my arms that looks like small really red pimples/rash. It started on both of my forearms and has gradually spread to my biceps.
I’ve seen two different dermatologists so far and three treatments and nothing is working.
First treatment:
Cefaclor 750 mg
Gentamicin + betamethasone cream twice daily
I used those for about 2 weeks, they started going away and then but after finishing them I had a flare-up that was even worse than when it first started.
Second dermatologist:
Tavanic (levofloxacin) 500 mg twice a day
Dermabiolene cream once daily

After another flare-up and spread to my biceps at my follow-up appointment this week, they changed my treatment again to:
Ultracorten (intramuscular injection, once daily) -basically strongest medication
\\\\-Another steroid cream without gentamicine base once per day at night.

I’m confused because the problem isn’t going away despite multiple antibiotics and steroid treatments.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what this could be? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or thoughts on what I should ask my dermatologist next.

I even took an hiv test as i was scared internally if it was an hiv rash. It got that serious. It has started to affect me psychologically and i’m honestly feeling defeated. Especially this happening mid summer and i can’t wear nothing but t shirts.
Age:23

Thanks
