Why the fuck don't I have any chill?

Constantly getting on my kid for stupid shit, have expectations of people and they don't meet them which ends up just pissing me off, always irritated because everyone around me is ok with mediocrity, Reddit and TikTok and everything pisses me off. Am I the only one?

Firestick Question for the chat

If I have an older fire stick which I've had for like 2 years sitting on the shelf brand new in the box, it's a 4K. So if I were dumb enough to just plug it in and let it update the OS version, which I know is not the ideal thing to do, wouldn't I just be able to factory reset it to get it like it was coming out of the box?

And wouldn't other people be able to do that if their sticks upgrade to a new OS version? Would they not be able to just factory reset it and start from scratch?

So I'm simply asking, if Amazon updates the OS and prevents you from doing the things that you want to do on your stick, can't you just factory reset it and start brand new?

Often cited as one of the most versatile, powerful, and used words in the English language, how do you use the word "f#ck" or any of its variations in your day-to-day?

CVS Pharmacy area in Helotes just got more automated, with these little fellas knocking out some of the medication pickup process (check-in). Any other stores around town got them?

SafePilot app is back up and running

For anyone who isn't aware the app is now up and running again ,and it appears to be back to normal. An outage had rendered the app essentially useless since ~May 18th, and it appeared trip logging was not happening (although trips and data were all still being captured on the backend or persisted on the phone).

Any driving incidents (within the app - like using your phone while driving or harsh braking which occurred while the outage was ongoing) appear to still have been captured too and can still be edited now (for those where one was a passenger vs a driver, for example).

Even with driving incidents still being captured, USAA seems to have been very lenient in calculating current score, likely as an acknowledgement of what took place with their malfunction software. I know my score could've been severely impacted since I took liberties not thinking every drive was being logged.

I'm just a driver and user, so just sharing what I discovered this morning when I opened the app, which I'd been monitoring every day. Safe driving!

Went with the Onn Plus instead

Last month I ordered and received 2 Onn 4K Pro 2026s, however, I didn't install them or even take them out of their boxes.. Because I wanted the Onn 4K Plus instead. Which I found through the Walmart app and ordered. Thoughts from folks here? Which one is the better choice? Price is not the issue, I just think the Plus will give me what I need.

Fire cube in my living room & my dogs are in kennels there too. When they bark like crazy it turns on my cube and TV too. Does anyone know what setting I might have accidentally turned on or that I have to turn off to get this to stop happening? I looked through Alexa app, no help.

Hot Take: Conchas from La Panaderia at La Cantera are not how conchas are supposed to taste.(I would imagine all other locations are the same.)

The sweet crust on top (sugar paste, pasta azucarada, pasta, or costra... or however you know it) should be soft and pliable, not hard and crusty. I'll take conchas (and every other pan dulce) from La Popular on Culebra or even El Folklor Bakery, any day of the week. What say you?
